You will implement AI systems that deliver immediate, actionable insights during active customer engagements, alongside forecasting capabilities that anticipate market movements with remarkable precision. Your contributions will directly influence conversion rates and forecast accuracy, with systems that adapt dynamically as conditions change.

You will join a team where your input shapes broader business outcomes. Daily activities include applying AI to optimize existing sales workflows and communicating complex AI value propositions to business stakeholders without technical backgrounds. What you will be doing

  • AI-Enhanced Sales Execution: Apply GenAI technologies directly to support and optimize the daily execution of sales operations.
  • Advanced Sales Forecasting and Market Analysis: Lead sophisticated analytics initiatives that leverage AI to project long-term market dynamics and sales outcomes.
  • Drive AI Adoption: Oversee the deployment of AI-powered tools that provide real-time assistance to sales teams during customer engagements and negotiations.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve substantial gains in sales efficiency and effectiveness by developing and deploying AI-powered sales tools.

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced generative AI proficiency (i.e., use of multiple AI tools, ability to automate workflows and custom GPTs); if you've only used LLMs for research, learning, brainstorming, or content generation, that will be deemed insufficient
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B software sales
