What you will be doing

  • Architect and execute the complete sales strategy for penetrating the private school market, from prospecting through closing high-value partnerships
  • Deliver compelling, data-driven presentations that demonstrate our learning solution's unprecedented outcomes to key decision-makers
  • Build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, maintaining meticulous visibility throughout the sales cycle
  • Establish strategic relationships with influential stakeholders across the private education ecosystem
  • Leverage CRM systems to maintain accurate forecasting and strategic insights that drive continuous improvement

Key responsibilities

Secure strategic partnerships with private educational institutions that drive revenue growth, establish market dominance for our 2 Hour Learning solution, and create scalable year-over-year expansion in this untapped sector.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of exceptional B2B sales performance with consistent achievement or over-achievement of revenue targets
  • Demonstrated mastery of the complete sales cycle, from strategic prospecting through complex deal closure
  • Significant experience in education markets (US K-12) or adjacent industries (EdTech, SaaS, educational services)
  • Superior consultative selling abilities with a proven approach to building high-value relationships
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales technology stack
  • Established U.S. residency with comprehensive understanding of the private school market landscape
  • Capacity for 50-75% travel to client locations and industry events
