What you will be doing

  • Develop and sustain a dynamic sales pipeline for private schools, ensuring full visibility from initial contact to finalization.
  • Deliver engaging presentations that highlight our cutting-edge educational approach and cater to the needs of stakeholders.
  • Independently manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals that align with ambitious revenue objectives.
  • Forge and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers within the private school network.
  • Utilize our CRM for precise record-keeping and forecasting.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Overseeing a team - your role is hands-on, focusing on sales execution.
  • Adhering to strict processes - you'll be creating the strategy for market penetration.
  • Depending on extensive support teams for lead generation or deal closing.
  • Promoting a non-distinctive product in a saturated market.

Key responsibilities

Propel revenue expansion by securing agreements for the 2 Hour Learning solution in private schools, establishing a robust market presence, and achieving sustainable growth annually.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales with a demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing revenue goals.
  • Experience in managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Previous involvement in education markets (US K-12 schools) or similar sectors like EdTech, SaaS, or services is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Residency in the US is required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the U.S. private school market.
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% for client meetings and events.
