As a Senior Account Executive, you'll spearhead our entry into the private school sector with an innovative AI-driven learning solution that doubles student learning efficiency in just 2 hours daily. What you will be doing

  • Develop and maintain a dynamic sales pipeline aimed at private schools, ensuring clear tracking of opportunities from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations that highlight our groundbreaking learning methodologies and address the needs of stakeholders.
  • Independently manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, achieving ambitious revenue goals.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with key decision-makers within the private school network.
  • Utilize our CRM system to keep detailed records and accurate forecasts.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Leading a team - this role focuses on direct sales execution as an individual contributor.
  • Adhering to inflexible procedures - you will innovate the strategy for entering this market.
  • Relying on extensive support teams for lead generation or deal closures.
  • Selling a generic product in a saturated market.

Key responsibilities

Boost revenue by securing agreements for our 2 Hour Learning program in private schools, establishing a robust market foothold, and ensuring scalable growth annually.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales with a proven success record in achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
  • Experience in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Preferably familiar with education markets (U.S. K-12) or related fields such as EdTech, SaaS, or services.
  • Exceptional consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.
  • Skilled in CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Residency in the U.S. is required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the U.S. private school landscape.
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% for client meetings and events.
