The future of enterprise renewals is being rewritten. The most capable professionals won't waste time on administrative tasks—they'll focus on training the AI that automates them.
This role breaks from conventional enterprise renewals work. You'll take ownership of Trilogy's highest-value customer accounts while collaborating with Fiona, our AI-powered renewals agent. Fiona manages preparation tasks, analytical work, contract processing, and routine follow-ups. Your focus is on what truly drives outcomes: executive relationships, strategic commercial decisions, sophisticated negotiations, and the judgment calls AI cannot yet deliver. Each renewal you execute simultaneously trains Fiona toward greater independence, strengthening the system through every customer touchpoint.
Trilogy is constructing an AI-first operational framework throughout our software businesses. We reject the notion of AI as an add-on to legacy workflows. Instead, we architect processes around AI capabilities and deploy human expertise exclusively where it delivers maximum value. In this position, you'll help establish what enterprise renewals become in an AI-native environment while safeguarding millions in annual recurring revenue from strategic enterprise clients.
If you're a seasoned enterprise renewals professional who excels in executive-level dialogue, views AI as an amplifier of capability, and prefers building tomorrow's model over preserving yesterday's, we want to speak with you.
Take full ownership of Trilogy's highest-priority enterprise renewals while driving continuous enhancement of the AI infrastructure that powers superior retention, operational efficiency, and progressively autonomous renewal execution.
Crossover's skill assessment process combines innovative AI power with decades of human research, to take the guesswork, human bias, and pointless filters out of recruiting high-performing teams.
