Enterprise Customer Success Manager   $100,000 USD/year

Description

Enterprise renewal positions typically lock you into a single product line and a fixed quota. This role operates differently. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of enterprise software solutions — mastering each one to the level required to defend its value in front of senior decision-makers — and you'll accelerate your sales development by years in a matter of months.

Trilogy doesn't measure success by deal count or customer churn. We measure the quality of execution: whether your renewal conversations were thoroughly prepared, whether customers walked away with clarity on their options, whether your written communication actually advanced the renewal. Your compensation is fixed, not tied to commission. Discounting isn't in your toolkit — pricing decisions sit elsewhere. Your responsibility is to make value unmistakable.

You'll lead renewal discussions and manage customer communications for enterprise accounts, articulate AI capabilities alongside Platinum and Prime offerings, and direct customers through our Self-Serve Portal. AI isn't just a feature you mention — it's integral to how you work: prepping opportunities, triaging your inbox, and refining every message you draft.

If mastering a rigorous, high-standard sales methodology appeals to you more than chasing quotas, submit your application now.

What you will be doing

  • Conducting renewal sales conversations with enterprise customers — preparing using Salesforce opportunity data and AI-generated summaries from current and previous renewals, establishing the agenda, adhering to the call script and quality standards, and concluding with a mutually agreed next step
  • Articulating the business case for AI features, Platinum, and Prime, or directing customers to the Self-Serve Portal to review materials independently
  • Drafting customer emails that drive renewal progress — concise, clear, compliant with playbook and template standards, and enhanced by AI
  • Executing the Renewals Cadence from start to finish and maintaining Salesforce opportunity records with sufficient clarity that a non-specialist can understand renewal status immediately
  • Submitting internal action requests — quotes, invoices, legal support, escalations — ensuring customers never need to follow up on commitments you've made

What you will NOT be doing

  • Prospecting new accounts or generating fresh leads
  • Adjusting pricing or offering discounts to secure a signature
  • Conducting courtesy calls, relationship-building sessions, or satisfaction check-ins

Key responsibilities

Take full ownership of the quality of every renewal interaction and every customer email associated with your accounts: thoroughly prepared calls, clearly communicated options, actionable next steps, and a Salesforce record that accurately reflects status. Your performance is evaluated against the renewal call quality standard and the AI Opp Cadence Checker report — not against a revenue goal.

Candidate requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a CSM or account management role at a software/SaaS/Cloud products company serving Enterprise clients
  • Experience managing the entire renewal cycle — client engagement, value proposition, negotiation, managing paper process, and closing deals worth $100K+
  • Full professional fluency in written and spoken English
  • Experience using AI tools in a professional setting
  • Must be able to work during U.S. business hours

Nice to have

  • Proven track record renewing complex, high-value B2B software (SaaS and on-prem) and related services with large enterprises
  • Experience managing renewals for multiple products across different verticals or business units
  • Ability to sell value-added services and premium tiers based on business benefit rather than pricing
  • Practical experience using ChatGPT or Claude to improve quality and efficiency of customer-facing work
