Description

Calling all system architects and transformation specialists – we need your operational genius.

At Trilogy, we don't just acquire software companies – we revolutionize them. Our competitive edge? Operational excellence through lean, automated systems rather than bloated teams. We're seeking strategic minds who can dismantle complexity and rebuild it with elegant efficiency.

Step into a role where you'll spearhead portfolio-wide transformations: streamlining massive post-acquisition transitions, replacing legacy enterprise tools with AI-powered alternatives, or creating automations that reclaim thousands of work hours. Your toolkit will include Python, cutting-edge LLM APIs, and advanced tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP – all backed by battle-tested playbooks that accelerate your impact.

Our 100+ product ecosystem thrives on minimal hierarchy, rapid iteration cycles, and performance standards that redefine industry expectations. This is high-impact work without the bureaucratic friction or team management overhead.

Forget maintenance mode operations, outsourced transformations, or permission-dependent leadership. We're seeking technical virtuosos who leverage automation as a force multiplier and velocity as their competitive advantage. If you're built for this caliber of execution – Trilogy is your arena.

What you will be doing

  • Tackling complex operational challenges including M&A integrations, enterprise-scale system migrations, and organizational restructuring projects
  • Crafting and implementing Python-based automations and LLM API integrations that render traditional CRM and task management systems obsolete
  • Architecting AI-enhanced workflows through Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP platforms to eliminate inefficiencies and compress response times
  • Driving mission-critical initiatives from initial assessment through final implementation, balancing proven methodologies with executive decision-making
  • Successfully completing a hands-on technical assessment demonstrating your proficiency in designing and implementing AI-first operational solutions

What you will NOT be doing

  • Building and supervising large teams or creating organizational layers as a solution strategy
  • Navigating bureaucratic approval processes or waiting for consensus before taking decisive action
  • Outsourcing technical implementation to IT departments or third-party vendors – you'll be the architect and builder
  • Overseeing routine operational maintenance – your focus will be exclusively on transformational initiatives and velocity-driven outcomes

Key responsibilities

Design, develop and implement AI-powered operational frameworks that minimize manual intervention, simplify complex processes, and enable scalable execution across Trilogy's diverse global software portfolio.

Candidate requirements

  • Geographic location within North America (California excluded), South/Central America, or Western Europe (time zones between UTC -8 and UTC +2)
  • Minimum 5 years leading operational initiatives within enterprise software environments
  • At least 3 years of direct customer-facing experience (Support, Sales, Collections, or similar functions)
  • Verifiable technical proficiency in Python development and practical implementation of LLM API integrations
  • Hands-on experience with productivity acceleration tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, MCP, or comparable platforms to deliver production-ready automation solutions
  • Demonstrated capacity for autonomous execution, rapid implementation, and delivering high-impact results without extensive supervision

Nice to have

  • Track record of successfully orchestrating complex organizational transitions such as M&A integrations or large-scale employee offboarding initiatives
  • Proven expertise in conceptualizing and implementing AI-enhanced operational ecosystems
  • Documented collection of self-developed automation solutions successfully deployed at enterprise scale
