Consulting Manager   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Join our team of trailblazers who redefine operational systems for scalability and efficiency.

At Trilogy, operational excellence isn't just an aspiration; it's our competitive edge. We rapidly acquire and scale software companies, and we're seeking visionary executives who can craft streamlined, automated systems without relying on extensive teams.

As a Consulting Manager, you'll spearhead transformative projects across our global portfolio. Whether it's revamping post-acquisition processes for over 1,200 employees, replacing conventional tools like Jira and Salesforce with cutting-edge AI agents, or creating automation that saves thousands of manual hours, you'll drive swift execution using Python, LLM APIs, and tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP.

With Trilogy's portfolio of over 100 products, you'll operate in an environment that values speed, efficiency, and high standards, free from bureaucratic hurdles and cumbersome teams. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact at scale.

We don't settle for the status quo, outsource transformation, or hire those who need large teams to succeed. We're in search of highly technical, execution-oriented leaders who leverage automation and prioritize speed. If this resonates with you, you'll thrive in our fast-paced setting.

What you will be doing

  • Leading complex operational projects such as mergers and acquisitions, enterprise system migrations, and large-scale organizational changes.
  • Developing and launching automations to replace CRM and task management tools using Python and LLM APIs.
  • Implementing AI-powered workflows with tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP to minimize manual tasks and enhance efficiency.
  • Guiding projects from initial assessment to deployment, utilizing proven strategies and executive decision-making.
  • Completing a technical challenge to showcase your expertise in designing AI-centric solutions.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Overseeing large teams or depending on numerous layers of personnel to accomplish goals.
  • Participating in endless meetings to achieve consensus or alignment.
  • Delegating complex tasks to IT departments or external vendors; you'll be hands-on in crafting and implementing solutions.
  • Maintaining routine operations; this role is centered on transformation and rapid progress.

Key responsibilities

Architect and implement AI-driven operational systems that streamline processes, reduce complexity, and enable scalable execution across Trilogy's expansive software portfolio.

Candidate requirements

  • Residency in North America (excluding California), South/Central America, or Western Europe (UTC -8 to UTC +2).
  • 5+ years of experience in operational leadership within the enterprise software sector.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Support, Sales, or Collections.
  • Proven proficiency in writing automation scripts in Python and integrating with LLM APIs.
  • Experience with tools like Cursor, Windsurf, MCP, or similar, for delivering production-level automations.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive results and deliver on high-stakes projects without requiring extensive guidance.

Nice to have

  • Experience in leading significant organizational transitions, including mergers and acquisitions or large-scale offboarding.
  • A track record of designing and deploying AI-powered operational systems.
  • A portfolio showcasing automations you've personally developed and implemented at scale.
