Picture yourself designing AI systems that replace traditional CRM tools, orchestrating seamless post-acquisition transitions, or creating automation frameworks that save thousands of work hours.

What you will be doing

  • Spearhead mission-critical operational transformations, from complex M&A integrations to enterprise-wide system overhauls
  • Architect next-generation operational systems using Python and LLM APIs that make traditional CRM tools obsolete
  • Pioneer AI-driven workflows using state-of-the-art tools (Cursor, Windsurf, MCP) to eliminate operational friction
  • Drive end-to-end initiatives using our battle-tested playbooks while exercising strategic decision-making
  • Showcase your technical prowess through hands-on AI solution design and implementation challenges

  • Building and managing large hierarchical teams - we believe in individual impact over organizational layers
  • Getting stuck in decision-by-committee paralysis or endless coordination meetings
  • Outsourcing the heavy lifting - you'll be the architect AND the builder of transformative solutions
  • Running business-as-usual operations - we're all about revolutionary change and rapid evolution

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI-powered operational systems that streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and accelerate execution across Trilogy's diverse global software portfolio.

Candidate requirements

  • Geographic location: North America (excluding California), South/Central America, or Western Europe (UTC -8 to UTC +2)
  • Proven track record with 5+ years leading operational initiatives in enterprise software
  • Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience across Support, Sales, Collections, or similar roles
  • Strong technical foundation with demonstrated Python programming skills and LLM API integration expertise
  • Hands-on experience with modern automation tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP
  • Self-driven professional with a track record of delivering high-impact results autonomously

Nice to have

  • Track record of successfully managing large-scale organizational changes, particularly in M&A scenarios or major workforce transitions
  • Demonstrated success in conceptualizing and implementing AI-enhanced operational frameworks
  • Impressive portfolio of self-developed, enterprise-grade automation solutions
