Description

Educational technology confronts a critical obstacle: creating learning content that connects meaningfully with students while addressing their individual requirements. The market is saturated with standardized, underperforming educational tools, making differentiation increasingly important. Evidence shows that educational materials lacking relevance or adaptability to diverse learning preferences lead to substantial declines in student engagement, resulting in ineffective learning outcomes. Educators bear the burden of this gap, tasked with delivering personalized, high-caliber instruction amid limited time and resources.

LearnWith.AI addresses this challenge directly through strategic application of artificial intelligence to transform content development. Our focus extends beyond constructing AI tools—we engineer AI-powered systems that produce adaptive, individualized learning resources. Consider an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as History or Science—a sophisticated knowledge infrastructure designed to deliver compelling, responsive content at scale. This methodology distinguishes us within a competitive landscape and expands the scope of AI application in education, enhancing accessibility, effectiveness, and engagement in learning.

This position differs from conventional AI engineering assignments. Your work will transcend routine coding or theoretical model development. You'll spearhead initiatives that fundamentally alter student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows designed to deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This opportunity is not suited for individuals seeking routine assignments or marginal enhancements—it requires forward-thinking innovators ready to apply advanced technology toward measurable, real-world outcomes.

Serving as an integral team member, you'll architect AI-enabled educational solutions with the capacity to reshape the learning environment. You'll deploy LLMs as subject matter authorities to construct contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent tutoring systems, ensuring our AI produces content with substance and relevance. If the prospect of leveraging AI to transform education resonates with you, and you're prepared to assume ownership of initiatives that challenge conventional limits, we invite your application.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining diverse AI technologies, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows informed by input from domain specialists and end users.
  • Constructing Knowledge Repositories and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as subject experts to create and sustain documentation that captures domain knowledge and distinctive organizational intelligence.
  • Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual reinforcement for business logic, guaranteeing scalable and efficient data models.

Key responsibilities

  • Enable LearnWith.AI to distinguish itself in the marketplace by producing personalized and engaging educational content through AI-driven tools

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a software engineer
  • Professional experience integrating LLMs into a software product (experience building a chatbot or using simple coding assistants is not sufficient)
  • Demonstrable interest in EdTech
