Artificial Intelligence Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

In the bustling world of EdTech, one pressing issue stands out: creating educational content that captivates and adapts to each student's unique needs. With a market flooded with generic tools, making a mark is essential. Studies show that when educational content fails to resonate or adjust to individual learning styles, student engagement plummets, widening the gap in effective education. This challenge also burdens educators, who must deliver high-quality, personalized teaching despite limited time and resources.

At LearnWith.AI, we're directly addressing this by leveraging AI to transform content creation. Our mission goes beyond developing AI tools; we're crafting systems that generate dynamic, student-specific learning materials. Imagine an AI-powered "Second Brain" for subjects like Science or History—an intelligent knowledge repository capable of producing engaging, adaptive content at scale. This groundbreaking approach not only sets us apart in a crowded market but also reimagines the role of AI in education, making learning more accessible, effective, and enjoyable.

This isn't your typical AI engineering position. You won't be confined to coding or abstract AI models. Instead, you'll lead the charge in revolutionizing student learning by designing and implementing AI-driven workflows that deliver truly personalized educational experiences. This role is not for those who seek routine tasks or incremental changes—it's for ambitious innovators eager to harness cutting-edge technology for real-world impact.

As a vital part of our team, you'll be architecting AI-driven educational tools that have the potential to reshape the learning landscape. You'll utilize LLMs as domain experts to build contextual knowledge packs and intelligent learning assistants, ensuring our AI produces content that is both meaningful and transformative. If the prospect of using AI to revolutionize education excites you and you're ready to own projects that push the boundaries of what's possible, we'd love to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Crafting AI-Driven Workflows: Seamlessly integrating diverse AI tools, engineering prompts, and refining workflows with insights from specialists and end-users.
  • Developing Context Packs and Second Brains: Employing LLMs as domain experts to create and sustain documents that encapsulate essential knowledge and unique organizational insights.
  • Designing data structures that offer contextual support for business logic, ensuring efficient and scalable data models.

Key responsibilities

  • Empower LearnWith.AI to stand out by creating engaging and personalized educational content through innovative AI tools.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a software engineer
  • Professional experience in integrating LLMs into a software product (experience with chatbots or basic coding assistants is insufficient)
  • A demonstrable passion for EdTech
