Artificial Intelligence Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

A significant challenge confronts the EdTech industry: creating educational materials that engage learners while addressing individual student requirements. The marketplace is saturated with one-size-fits-all learning solutions that fail to deliver results. Evidence shows that educational content disconnected from students' specific learning preferences leads to sharp declines in engagement, undermining effective knowledge acquisition. Educators bear the burden of this gap, tasked with delivering personalized, high-caliber instruction while operating under significant time and resource limitations.

LearnWith.AI addresses this challenge directly through artificial intelligence that transforms how educational content is produced. Our mission extends beyond creating AI tools—we engineer AI systems that produce dynamic, individualized learning resources. Imagine an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as History or Science—a sophisticated knowledge system that generates compelling, adaptive materials at scale. This strategic approach distinguishes us in a competitive landscape while expanding what AI can accomplish in education, delivering learning experiences that are accessible, impactful, and engaging.

This position differs from conventional AI engineering roles. You will not be confined to coding exercises or theoretical model development. Rather, you'll drive innovation in student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This opportunity is not suited for those seeking routine assignments or gradual optimization—it targets ambitious technologists ready to apply advanced technology to create measurable real-world outcomes.

In this pivotal role, you'll architect AI-powered educational systems with the capacity to reshape the learning environment. You'll deploy LLMs as specialized domain experts to construct contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent tutoring systems, ensuring our AI produces content that is substantive and transformative. If the prospect of leveraging AI to redefine education excites you, and you're prepared to own projects that challenge conventional limits, we encourage your application.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining diverse AI technologies, crafting effective prompts, and iterating on workflows informed by feedback from domain specialists and end users.
  • Constructing Context Packs and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as specialized knowledge sources to create and sustain documents that capture domain expertise and proprietary organizational intelligence.
  • Creating and deploying data architectures that deliver contextual foundation for business operations, guaranteeing data models are both efficient and scalable.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive differentiation for LearnWith.AI by producing engaging, personalized educational materials using AI-powered systems

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a software engineer
  • Proven professional experience integrating LLMs into software products (experience limited to chatbot development or basic coding assistants does not qualify)
  • Verified interest in EdTech
