Artificial Intelligence Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

The EdTech industry confronts a critical obstacle: creating learning content that engages students while addressing their individual requirements. As generic and ineffective educational tools flood the market, differentiation has become essential. Evidence shows that educational content failing to resonate with learners or adjust to their distinct learning preferences results in substantially reduced engagement, widening the gap in meaningful learning outcomes. This burden falls heavily on educators, who must deliver personalized, high-quality instruction within significant time and resource limitations.

LearnWith.AI addresses this challenge directly through AI-powered innovation in content generation. Rather than simply developing AI tools, we engineer AI-driven ecosystems that produce dynamic learning materials customized to each student. Envision an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as History or Science—a sophisticated knowledge base that generates compelling, adaptive educational content on demand. This groundbreaking methodology distinguishes us in an oversaturated marketplace while expanding the horizons of AI application in education, delivering learning experiences that are more accessible, impactful, and engaging.

This opportunity extends beyond conventional AI engineering. You won't be confined to programming tasks or theoretical AI model development. You'll spearhead efforts to transform student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This position isn't suited for those seeking routine assignments or gradual refinements—it's designed for forward-thinking innovators ready to leverage advanced technology for tangible, real-world results.

As an integral team member, you'll architect AI-powered educational platforms capable of reshaping how learning happens. You'll employ LLMs as subject matter specialists to construct contextual knowledge frameworks and intelligent learning companions, guaranteeing our AI produces content that delivers both relevance and impact. If the prospect of applying AI to revolutionize education excites you, and you're prepared to own projects that challenge conventional boundaries, we welcome your application.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining diverse AI technologies, crafting prompts, and optimizing workflows through iterative feedback from users and subject matter experts.
  • Constructing Context Packs and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as subject specialists to create and sustain documentation that captures knowledge and distinctive organizational expertise.
  • Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual reinforcement for business logic, maintaining efficient and scalable data architectures.

Key responsibilities

  • Support LearnWith.AI in distinguishing itself within the competitive landscape by producing personalized and engaging educational content through AI technologies

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a software engineer
  • Professional experience integrating LLMs into a software product (experience building a chatbot or using simple coding assistants is not sufficient)
  • Demonstrable interest in EdTech
