Artificial Intelligence Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

The EdTech industry confronts a significant obstacle: creating learning content that engages students while addressing their individual needs. A flood of generic, ineffective educational tools saturates the market, making differentiation more critical than ever. Evidence shows that when learning materials fail to resonate with students or adjust to their distinct learning preferences, engagement declines sharply, resulting in a shortfall of effective educational experiences. This burden falls heavily on educators, who must deliver high-quality, individualized instruction amid limited time and resources.

LearnWith.AI is addressing this challenge directly by leveraging AI to transform content development. We're not simply creating AI tools—we're building AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, student-centered learning resources. Imagine an AI-driven "Second Brain" for disciplines such as Science or History—a sophisticated knowledge repository that generates compelling, adaptive content on a large scale. This forward-thinking strategy not only sets us apart in a competitive landscape but also expands the potential of AI in education, making learning more accessible, impactful, and engaging.

This is not a conventional AI engineering position. You won't be confined to programming or developing theoretical AI models. Rather, you'll be spearheading efforts to reimagine how students learn through the design and deployment of AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This role is not suited for those who favor routine tasks or gradual refinements—it's designed for ambitious innovators ready to apply advanced technology to achieve tangible impact.

As an integral part of our team, you'll be tasked with architecting AI-driven educational solutions that could fundamentally change the learning environment. You'll utilize LLMs as subject matter authorities to construct contextual knowledge packages and intelligent learning companions, ensuring our AI produces content that is both substantive and effective. If the prospect of using AI to transform education excites you and you're prepared to own projects that challenge the limits of what's achievable, we want to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Designing AI-Driven Workflows: Combining multiple AI tools, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows using input from subject matter experts and end users.
  • Building Context Packs and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as specialized domain authorities to create and sustain documents that capture knowledge and distinctive organizational intelligence.
  • Designing and implementing data structures that deliver contextual support for business logic, ensuring data models are both efficient and scalable.

Key responsibilities

  • Help LearnWith.AI stand out in a competitive market by producing engaging and personalized educational content through AI-powered tools

Candidate requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as a software engineer
  • Professional experience integrating LLMs into a software product (experience building a chatbot or using simple coding assistants is not sufficient)
  • Demonstrable interest in EdTech
