Artificial Intelligence Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

The EdTech industry is grappling with a critical issue: creating educational content that engages learners while addressing their individual needs. Generic, one-size-fits-all learning tools dominate the market, and research shows that when educational resources fail to resonate with students or adjust to their distinct learning preferences, engagement declines sharply. This results in a widening gap in effective educational outcomes and places additional pressure on educators, who must deliver personalized, high-quality instruction within limited time and budget constraints.

LearnWith.AI is addressing this challenge directly by leveraging AI to transform how educational content is created. We are building AI-driven systems designed to generate dynamic, learner-specific materials. Imagine an AI-powered "Second Brain" for disciplines such as History or Science—an intelligent repository that produces adaptive, engaging content on demand. This approach differentiates us in a saturated market and expands the boundaries of AI's role in education, making learning more effective, accessible, and engaging.

This is not a typical AI engineering position. You will not be confined to routine coding or abstract model development. Instead, you will spearhead efforts to reshape student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This role is not suited for those seeking predictable assignments or incremental progress—it is designed for ambitious innovators ready to apply advanced technology to create tangible, real-world impact.

As a core contributor to our team, you will architect AI-powered educational tools with the potential to reshape the learning environment. You will employ LLMs as domain specialists to construct contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent learning assistants, ensuring that the AI-generated content is both relevant and impactful. If the prospect of leveraging AI to transform education excites you, and you are prepared to take full ownership of projects that challenge conventional limits, we want to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Designing and refining AI-driven workflows: Incorporating diverse AI tools, prompt engineering techniques, and iterative refinement based on input from subject matter experts and end users.
  • Constructing Context Packs and Second Brains: Employing LLMs as domain specialists to create and maintain documentation that captures knowledge and organizational insights unique to our platform.
  • Architecting data structures that deliver contextual support for business logic, ensuring data models are both efficient and scalable.

Key responsibilities

  • Help LearnWith.AI stand out in the competitive landscape by producing engaging, personalized educational content using AI-driven tools

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a software engineer
  • Professional experience integrating LLMs into a software product (experience limited to building chatbots or using basic coding assistants does not qualify)
  • Demonstrated interest in EdTech
