Description

Educational technology companies confront a persistent obstacle: creating learning content that resonates with students while addressing their individual learning requirements. The market is saturated with standardized, low-impact educational tools, making differentiation increasingly difficult. Evidence shows that educational resources which fail to engage learners or accommodate diverse learning preferences result in decreased participation, widening the effectiveness gap in learning outcomes. This burden falls heavily on instructors, who must deliver personalized, high-caliber teaching within existing time and budget limitations.

LearnWith.AI directly addresses this challenge by leveraging artificial intelligence to transform content development. Our focus extends beyond creating AI utilities—we engineer AI-powered architectures that produce dynamic, learner-centered educational resources. Envision an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as Science or History—a sophisticated knowledge system that generates compelling, responsive content on demand. This strategy distinguishes us within a competitive landscape and expands what AI can accomplish in education, delivering learning that is more attainable, impactful, and engaging.

This position diverges from conventional AI engineering assignments. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional coding or theoretical AI model development. You'll spearhead the transformation of student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely individualized educational experiences. This opportunity is not suited for those who favor routine assignments or gradual enhancements—it's designed for forward-thinking innovators ready to apply advanced technology toward tangible outcomes.

As an essential contributor to our organization, you'll architect AI-powered educational solutions capable of reshaping the learning environment. You'll employ LLMs as specialized domain authorities to construct contextual knowledge structures and intelligent tutoring systems, guaranteeing that our AI produces content with both relevance and substance. If the prospect of applying AI to revolutionize education motivates you, and you're prepared to own initiatives that challenge conventional limits, we encourage you to connect with us.

What you will be doing

  • Developing Self-Refining AI Content Generation Architectures – Agent-based workflows that produce educational materials and continuously enhance themselves through evaluation cycles and iterative testing.
  • Constructing Evaluation Datasets & Experimental Frameworks – Carefully selected datasets (input → anticipated output mappings) and assessment methodologies utilized to evaluate, benchmark, and refine AI-produced content quality.
  • Engineering Context Packs – Organized knowledge structures that supply subject-matter foundation and empower systems to produce precise, superior educational content spanning multiple disciplines.

Key responsibilities

  • Support LearnWith.AI in distinguishing itself from competitors by producing compelling and individualized educational materials using AI-driven technologies

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software engineering
  • Demonstrated experience incorporating LLMs into production software products (basic chatbot development or elementary coding assistant usage does not meet this criterion)
  • Track record of deploying production systems featuring self-improving agents that drove iterative system enhancement (e.g., autonomous tool design, reward function refinement, etc.)
  • Background in developing evaluation or regression datasets that guide self-improving systems and establishing quantifiable success metrics
  • Proficiency with contemporary agent-orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
