LOCATION NOTE: This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Austin campus.
If you encounter disorder and immediately begin mapping solutions, this role will suit you. Alpha serves students who advance rapidly, seek intellectual challenge, and are ready for meaningful responsibility. We combine demanding academics with practical life skills and a focused 2-Hour Learning framework that enables students to progress with speed and assurance. We are looking for an operator who can transform a complex school day into a seamless, high-functioning system—every transition, every handoff, every element executed precisely.
At our Austin location, you will be the driver that keeps operations running: protecting time for concentrated learning, maintaining safe and structured daily routines, and removing friction so Guides can dedicate their full attention to mentorship. You will own facility operations, frontline technology support, and family communication, building an environment where ambition is standard and self-reliance is cultivated. If you value clear expectations, decisive action, and measurable results, this role is well-suited to you.
Apply to build a campus where students accelerate, families experience the impact, and operational discipline is the foundation of everything we do.
Maintain a campus environment that is consistently safe, organized, and enabling so that students and staff can concentrate on learning and development rather than operational concerns.
