You enter a campus and immediately notice what's wrong — the ceiling tile that's come loose and went unreported, the HVAC return that's been making noise for days, the landscaping contractor who completed half the scope but submitted a full invoice. You don't wait for someone to raise a concern. You fix it before it becomes visible.
That awareness defines this role. Alpha runs premium K–12 campuses where families expect an environment that is safe, reliable, and ready for a tour at any moment — not just when an event is scheduled. You will enforce that expectation across Central Texas: Austin will be your primary location, with consistent travel to schools throughout the region. Your execution determines whether a campus maintains its premium quality or quietly deteriorates between leadership visits.
Year one focuses on establishing standards and cleaning up vendor relationships — defining what "campus-ready" means, building the audit schedule, removing underperforming vendors, and training Campus Coordinators and Site Specialists to operate within a sustainable rhythm. As the region grows and your systems mature, the role evolves into sustained regional oversight: you become the operator the network depends on when launching a new campus, responding to an urgent situation, or revising an operational standard.
This is a field-based position. If you prefer to lead from behind a screen, this role is not appropriate. If you want direct accountability for ensuring 25+ schools maintain premium standards daily — and the authority to deliver that outcome — continue reading.
Maintain every campus in the Central Texas region at a safe, premium, and tour-ready standard every day.
