You visit a campus and immediately notice what's wrong — the ceiling tile that hasn't been logged, the HVAC return making noise for days, the landscaping contractor who delivered half the scope yet submitted a full invoice. You don't wait for someone to raise a concern. You resolve it before it becomes visible.
That awareness defines this role. Alpha runs premium K–12 facilities where families expect an environment that is safe, reliable, and presentation-ready every day — not only when visitors arrive. You will uphold that expectation across Central Texas: Austin will serve as your home campus, with frequent travel to other schools in the region. Your work determines whether a campus maintains its premium feel or quietly deteriorates between leadership reviews.
Year one emphasizes establishing standards and cleaning up vendor relationships — defining what "ready" means, building the inspection rhythm, removing underperforming vendors, and bringing Campus Coordinators and Site Specialists into a consistent operational cadence. As the region grows and your systems mature, the role transitions to steady-state regional oversight: you become the operator the network relies on when launching a new campus, managing a crisis, or revising a standard.
This is a boots-on-the-ground position. If you prefer remote management through software, this role is not suitable. If you want direct responsibility for ensuring 25+ schools feel premium daily — and the authority to deliver that outcome — continue reading.
Maintain every campus in the Central Texas region as safe, premium, and tour-ready every day.
