What you will be doing

  • Customer acquisition and sales prospecting
  • First-line technical support and troubleshooting

Key responsibilities

  • Champion customer success through AI-powered strategies that elevate retention rates, deepen engagement metrics, and catalyze business expansion by delivering personalized, proactive solutions and identifying strategic upsell opportunities

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B software customer success, demonstrating expertise in relationship management and client retention
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard, showcasing ability to leverage AI tools for business impact
