What you will be doing

  • AI-Enhanced Customer Engagement: Deploy artificial intelligence to streamline issue resolution, deliver perfectly-timed personalized outreach, and transform customer feedback into actionable intelligence.
  • Intelligent Product Adoption: Elevate user experience through AI-powered recommendation engines, intuitive virtual assistance, and customized product journeys tailored to individual user preferences.
  • Strategic Growth Acceleration: Implement data-driven upselling strategies and optimize success methodologies to maximize customer lifetime value while minimizing attrition.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Prospecting or pursuing new customer acquisition initiatives
  • Providing frontline technical support or managing support ticket queues
  • Participating in core product development activities

Key responsibilities

  • Drive measurable improvements in customer retention metrics, engagement levels, and revenue growth by harnessing AI technologies to:
    • Anticipate customer requirements before they become apparent
    • Create tailored interaction experiences that resonate with individual clients
    • Identify and capitalize on strategic expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record with minimum 2 years of customer success experience specifically within the B2B software ecosystem
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing generative AI platforms and tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard) in professional contexts
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
  • Data-driven mindset with aptitude for analyzing customer usage patterns and engagement metrics
