What you will be doing

  • Resolve complex product issues swiftly and efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Update and manage product documentation to maintain an accurate and accessible knowledge base.
  • Engage directly with clients through regular reporting and check-ins to ensure seamless product operations.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Endlessly troubleshooting without the authority to implement solutions.
  • Working in a silo without cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Handling routine support tickets with no strategic impact.

Key responsibilities

Ensure the seamless operation and reliability of Trilogy's products, driving customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and strategic operational management.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in a product operations role, particularly within SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage directly with customers and address their needs effectively.
  • Experience with maintaining and modernizing legacy systems.
  • Proficiency with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
