What you will be doing

  • Architect and implement predictive AI monitoring systems that identify potential failures hours before traditional alerts would trigger
  • Design and optimize AI-driven CI/CD pipelines that autonomously evaluate deployment risks and self-adjust for maximum efficiency
  • Develop machine learning models that continuously analyze infrastructure patterns to recommend optimization strategies beyond human capacity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities across the entire cloud service ecosystem

What you will NOT be doing

  • Spending nights responding to preventable alerts and performing manual recovery procedures
  • Executing repetitive deployment tasks that could be automated through intelligent workflows
  • Building traditional monitoring systems that merely report problems after they occur
  • Writing static infrastructure code that can't adapt to changing conditions without human intervention

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated AI-First approach to problem-solving (you must start with AI tools and augment with human code, not vice versa)
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive DevOps experience with emphasis on automation and infrastructure-as-code
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with AWS or GCP environments at scale
  • Proven proficiency with AI/ML tools for operational monitoring, predictive analytics, and automated remediation
  • Advanced programming skills with focus on creating AI-augmented systems and self-healing infrastructure
