What you will be doing
- Architect and implement predictive AI monitoring systems that identify potential failures hours before traditional alerts would trigger
- Design and optimize AI-driven CI/CD pipelines that autonomously evaluate deployment risks and self-adjust for maximum efficiency
- Develop machine learning models that continuously analyze infrastructure patterns to recommend optimization strategies beyond human capacity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities across the entire cloud service ecosystem

- Spending nights responding to preventable alerts and performing manual recovery procedures

Key responsibilities
Candidate requirements
- Demonstrated AI-First approach to problem-solving (you must start with AI tools and augment with human code, not vice versa)
- Minimum 2 years of progressive DevOps experience with emphasis on automation and infrastructure-as-code
- 2+ years hands-on experience with AWS or GCP environments at scale
- Proven proficiency with AI/ML tools for operational monitoring, predictive analytics, and automated remediation
- Advanced programming skills with focus on creating AI-augmented systems and self-healing infrastructure
