What you will be doing
- Engineer and deploy AI-based monitoring systems that autonomously detect, predict, and remediate issues before operational impact occurs
- Architect and optimize AI-driven CI/CD pipelines that maximize deployment efficiency while minimizing human intervention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities throughout our cloud infrastructure
- Continuously evolve our predictive maintenance systems to achieve ever-higher levels of reliability and performance

- Spending hours manually monitoring dashboards and responding to alerts that could be automated
- Performing repetitive deployment tasks that AI can handle more efficiently

Key responsibilities
Candidate requirements
- AI-First Mindset: You must approach problems by first considering how AI can solve them, rather than treating AI as an afterthought (if your workflow begins with manual coding instead of AI assistance, this role is not for you)
- 2+ years of DevOps experience with demonstrated success in automating CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS or GCP cloud environments
- Proven proficiency with AI and machine learning tools for system monitoring, automation, and predictive analytics
- Advanced programming and scripting capabilities, with a track record of building AI-enhanced operational processes
