DevOps Specialist   $60,000 USD/year

Description

Elite DevOps specialists aren't monitoring systems—they're teaching AI to do it for them. While 73% of companies waste resources on manual interventions and reactive firefighting, you could be architecting self-healing cloud infrastructure that predicts and prevents issues before they exist.

At IgniteTech, we're redefining cloud operations through AI-first principles. Our infrastructure doesn't just respond to problems—it anticipates them. We're not iterating on outdated DevOps practices; we're completely reimagining them with artificial intelligence at their core, creating cloud environments that continuously evolve, optimize, and perfect themselves.

This role demands someone who views manual intervention as failure and automation as just the beginning. You'll build AI systems that detect and resolve 95% of issues autonomously while reducing deployment times by 30%. The future of cloud infrastructure isn't built on human vigilance—it's built on teaching machines to be vigilant for us.

Join our global team of forward-thinkers who aren't satisfied with today's best practices. Your expertise will accelerate our mission to deliver unprecedented operational excellence through AI. This position is exclusively for those ready to lead the AI revolution in cloud services, not follow it.

What you will be doing

  • Architect and implement predictive AI monitoring systems that identify potential failures hours or days before traditional alerts would trigger
  • Design self-optimizing CI/CD pipelines that learn from each deployment to continuously improve efficiency and reliability
  • Develop AI agents that autonomously manage cloud resources, automatically scaling and reconfiguring infrastructure based on real-time demands
  • Create machine learning models that analyze performance patterns to recommend infrastructure improvements before bottlenecks emerge

What you will NOT be doing

  • Spending nights responding to preventable alerts that AI could have predicted and resolved hours earlier
  • Manually reviewing logs to identify system anomalies that machine learning could detect automatically
  • Writing repetitive scripts for routine tasks that could be handled by intelligent automation
  • Building traditional monitoring dashboards that require human interpretation and intervention

Key responsibilities

Transform cloud infrastructure into self-managing, AI-powered environments that maintain 99.99% uptime while continuously evolving to meet client demands without human intervention.

Candidate requirements

  • AI-First Mindset: You must approach problems by first asking "How can AI solve this?" rather than immediately writing code yourself
  • 2+ years of DevOps experience with demonstrable success in automating infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
  • 2+ years working with AWS or GCP cloud platforms, with focus on programmatic infrastructure management
  • Proven proficiency with AI and ML tools for system monitoring, predictive analytics, and automated remediation
  • Advanced programming skills with emphasis on developing self-learning systems and AI-driven automation frameworks
