What you will be doing
- Develop and lead an exceptional team of Guides who implement Alpha's revolutionary learning system with world-class precision and results
- Engineer comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices for facilitation, learning activity design, and effective challenge resolution
- Deliver targeted, high-impact feedback that measurably elevates Guide performance and student achievement outcomes
- Personally mentor a select cohort of students, demonstrating elite coaching techniques that become the gold standard for your team
What you will NOT be doing
- Creating traditional curriculum or lesson plans—our adaptive technology handles content delivery while you focus on developing exceptional facilitators
- Compromising on excellence—when we set the standard at 100%, your mission is to ensure every student reaches it
- Conducting passive or theoretical training—your development approach will be dynamic, experiential, and immediately applicable
- Managing from a distance—your leadership requires hands-on engagement with both Guides and students to model and reinforce excellence
Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated excellence in education, learning development, coaching, or related field
- Proven track record developing and implementing innovative educational programs that deliver measurable results
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with evidence of building and motivating high-performing teams
- Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
- Advanced proficiency analyzing performance data and implementing metrics-driven improvement strategies
- Commitment to working on-site at our Austin, TX or Plano, TX campus
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
