TRANSFORM EDUCATION AS AN ELITE GUIDE COACH IN AUSTIN OR PLANO, TX

Exceptional coaches don't just build teams—they architect revolutions. At Alpha, we're not merely improving education; we're completely reinventing it. We need a masterful team builder with elite coaching abilities and genuine passion for youth development to drive our mission forward.

As our Coach, you'll lead the frontline learning facilitators who make our vision reality. You'll have the autonomy to develop high-performing teams that deliver unprecedented educational outcomes. Backed by learning science and adaptive technology, you'll be the catalyst that transforms how students learn, grow, and discover their potential.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and lead an exceptional team of Guides who implement Alpha's revolutionary learning system with world-class precision and results
  • Engineer comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices for facilitation, learning activity design, and effective challenge resolution
  • Deliver targeted, high-impact feedback that measurably elevates Guide performance and student achievement outcomes
  • Personally mentor a select cohort of students, demonstrating elite coaching techniques that become the gold standard for your team

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating traditional curriculum or lesson plans—our adaptive technology handles content delivery while you focus on developing exceptional facilitators
  • Compromising on excellence—when we set the standard at 100%, your mission is to ensure every student reaches it
  • Conducting passive or theoretical training—your development approach will be dynamic, experiential, and immediately applicable
  • Managing from a distance—your leadership requires hands-on engagement with both Guides and students to model and reinforce excellence
