What you will be doing
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- Architect and deliver world-class training programs that transform our Guides into educational virtuosos
- Craft compelling playbooks that become the gold standard for learning facilitation
- Provide laser-focused coaching that ignites Guide performance and student success
- Lead by example through hands-on mentoring of student cohorts, showcasing the art of exceptional facilitation

Key responsibilities
Candidate requirements
Your toolkit should include:
- A Bachelor's degree in any field that fuels your passion
- 5+ years of proven success in education, L&D, coaching, or similar transformative roles
- A track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational initiatives
- The ability to inspire, lead, and elevate teams to peak performance
- Meaningful experience in youth development (ages 5-18)
- Sharp analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Readiness to make an impact at our Florida locations (Tampa or West Palm Beach)
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
