What you will be doing

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Architect and deliver world-class training programs that transform our Guides into educational virtuosos
  • Craft compelling playbooks that become the gold standard for learning facilitation
  • Provide laser-focused coaching that ignites Guide performance and student success
  • Lead by example through hands-on mentoring of student cohorts, showcasing the art of exceptional facilitation

What you will NOT be doing

  • Traditional lesson planning - our tech-enabled platform handles the content, you focus on developing extraordinary facilitators
  • Compromising excellence - our 100% mastery standard is non-negotiable
  • Death by PowerPoint - your training approach will be dynamic, interactive, and transformative

Key responsibilities

Lead and empower our Guide team to deliver educational excellence through the Alpha system, ensuring every student receives a world-class learning experience that meets our rigorous standards.

Candidate requirements

Your toolkit should include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field that fuels your passion
  • 5+ years of proven success in education, L&D, coaching, or similar transformative roles
  • A track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational initiatives
  • The ability to inspire, lead, and elevate teams to peak performance
  • Meaningful experience in youth development (ages 5-18)
  • Sharp analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Readiness to make an impact at our Florida locations (Tampa or West Palm Beach)
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
