This isn't your typical educational leadership role. You'll be the architect of excellence, crafting and leading a team of Guides who transform how students learn, grow, and achieve. Using cutting-edge learning science and adaptive technology, you'll help create an educational environment where 100% mastery isn't just a goal – it's the standard.
What you will be doing
- Architect and lead a world-class team of Guides, equipping them with the skills and strategies to excel in Alpha's innovative learning environment
- Design and implement comprehensive Guide Playbooks that set the gold standard for learning facilitation and student engagement
- Deliver high-impact, data-driven feedback that transforms good Guides into exceptional learning facilitators
- Demonstrate mastery in student mentorship by personally coaching a select group of students, setting the benchmark for excellence in facilitation
What you will NOT be doing
- Creating traditional lesson plans – our adaptive technology handles the curriculum, allowing you to focus on developing outstanding facilitators
- Compromising on excellence – we maintain rigorous standards, and your role is to ensure they're consistently met
- Conducting passive training sessions – you'll lead dynamic, hands-on coaching that inspires and transforms
Key responsibilities
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related field
- Track record of developing and implementing innovative educational programs
- Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated success in building high-performing teams
- Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational settings
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making expertise
- Must be available to work on-site in Tampa or West Palm Beach, FL
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
