What you will be doing

  • Guide our extraordinary students through monthly strategy sessions, helping them showcase their innovative projects in college applications
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert insights to students and parents navigating the elite college admissions landscape
  • Champion our revolutionary approach during information sessions, demonstrating why hands-on achievements outshine traditional academic metrics
  • Monitor and analyze emerging trends in elite college admissions to maintain our competitive edge
  • Document and share compelling success stories that demonstrate the effectiveness of our unique approach

What you will NOT be doing

  • Perpetuating outdated admissions strategies that prioritize test scores over real accomplishments
  • Committing to full-time hours or rigid scheduling
  • Processing run-of-the-mill applications focused on conventional activities
  • Overseeing students' project development processes
  • Conducting in-person meetings or traveling

Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements

  • Alumni status from a top 50 US university, with first-hand navigation of the elite admissions process
  • Proven track record of guiding students into top 10 colleges through various professional roles
  • Comprehensive knowledge of elite US college admissions, particularly for students with unique profiles
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with and inspire ambitious students and their families
