As our part-time College Admissions Coordinator, you'll wield your insider knowledge to craft winning strategies for elite university admission. Working remotely for 5-10 flexible hours per week, you'll be the architect of our students' college dreams, proving that real-world impact trumps test scores every time.

What you will be doing

  • Strategize with exceptional students monthly, transforming their groundbreaking projects into compelling narratives for elite college applications
  • Provide expert, timely guidance to students and parents navigating the complex world of top-tier college admissions
  • Articulate AlphaX's revolutionary approach in info sessions, demonstrating how our projects outshine traditional academic paths
  • Stay at the cutting edge of elite admissions trends, solidifying AlphaX's position as an industry thought leader
  • Curate and share success stories that validate our unconventional, highly effective approach to college admissions

What you will NOT be doing

  • Rehashing outdated admissions strategies fixated on GPAs and standardized test scores
  • Committing to full-time hours or rigid availability—we respect your time and flexibility
  • Processing run-of-the-mill applications centered on conventional extracurriculars
  • Overseeing the day-to-day execution of student projects
  • Traveling or working from a physical office—your expertise is needed, not your presence

Key responsibilities

Spearhead a paradigm shift in elite college admissions by demonstrating that exceptional, real-world projects are the ultimate differentiator—more powerful than perfect academic credentials in securing spots at the world's top universities.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record in elite college admissions, with a degree from a top 50 U.S. university
  • Demonstrated success in guiding students into top 10 colleges through admissions, consulting, or mentoring roles
  • In-depth knowledge of elite U.S. college admissions processes, with particular expertise in positioning non-traditional applicants
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build instant rapport with high-achieving students and their parents
  • Current residence in North America
  • Availability to dedicate 5-10 hours per week, including live consultations with students and parents
