As our Admissions Consultant, you'll guide these exceptional young innovators in translating their groundbreaking achievements into compelling narratives for elite university applications. What you will be doing

  • Guide our extraordinary students through monthly strategy sessions, helping them showcase their innovative projects in college applications
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to students and parents, providing expert insights on elite college admissions
  • Champion our revolutionary approach during information sessions, demonstrating why hands-on achievements outshine traditional credentials
  • Monitor and analyze emerging trends in elite college admissions to maintain our competitive edge
  • Document and share compelling success stories that showcase the effectiveness of our unique approach

What you will NOT be doing

  • Recycling outdated admissions strategies that prioritize test scores over real achievements
  • Committing to full-time hours or rigid scheduling requirements
  • Processing conventional applications centered on standard extracurricular activities
  • Overseeing the technical aspects of student projects
  • Participating in in-person meetings or travel commitments

Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements

  • Alumni status from a top 50 US university with firsthand insight into the elite admissions process
  • Proven track record of guiding students into top 10 universities through various professional capacities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of elite US college admissions, particularly for students with unconventional profiles
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for connecting with ambitious students and their families
  • Current North American residence
  • Flexibility to dedicate 5-10 hours weekly, including availability for live consultations
