What you will be doing
• Architect and optimize digital filing systems with intuitive structures, logical naming protocols, and robust validation mechanisms that ensure instant data retrieval
• Maintain flawless student records across multiple platforms (SIS, spreadsheets, cloud storage), independently troubleshooting and resolving discrepancies as they arise
• Process and verify enrollment/withdrawal documentation with meticulous attention, proactively identifying and addressing information gaps to ensure complete compliance
• Monitor critical health and program data (immunizations, meal eligibility, special accommodations), delivering precise reports ahead of deadlines and providing early warning for potential compliance issues
• Develop time-saving automation solutions and standardized templates that eliminate repetitive tasks and maintain exceptional data quality even during high-volume periods
What you will NOT be doing
• Serving as front-desk reception or managing constant communication interruptions—this is a focused, detail-oriented position
• Creating institutional policies or handling complex student affairs—your expertise will be applied to systematic execution and optimization
• Managing physical paperwork in traditional filing systems—we're fully digital and cloud-based
Key responsibilities
Take complete ownership of student data management processes and their underlying systems to ensure impeccable accuracy, unwavering compliance, and timely information delivery to all educational stakeholders.
Candidate requirements
• Exceptional detail orientation with the ability to spot and correct minute inconsistencies
• Demonstrated experience creating or enhancing data management infrastructures (including organizational hierarchies, spreadsheet systems, data validation protocols, and basic automation)
• Efficient data entry capabilities with superior speed-to-accuracy ratio
• Self-directed time management skills with proven ability to prioritize and meet multiple recurring deadlines
• Excellent written communication skills in English with emphasis on clarity and precision
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
