What you will be doing

  • Architect and implement AI-driven solutions to simplify complex legacy systems
  • Make critical technical decisions that balance modernization with business value delivery
  • Lead the integration of AI and automation into core product and engineering processes
  • Drive continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio of enterprise and SMB products
  • Act as the CTO for products, managing trade-offs and ensuring AI replaces manual effort

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in endless meetings or bureaucratic processes that hinder productivity
  • Managing teams without direct involvement in technical decision-making
  • Creating high-level strategies divorced from hands-on implementation
  • Focusing solely on feature prioritization or customer messaging
  • Maintaining the status quo of legacy systems without driving transformation

Key responsibilities

Transform legacy software at scale by leveraging AI and automation, driving strategic impact and continuous improvement across product lifecycles to revolutionize how enterprise software is developed, maintained, and operated.

Candidate requirements

  • 7+ years of experience making critical architecture and design decisions in software projects
  • 2+ years of experience designing solutions using cloud computing services (primarily AWS)
  • 4+ years in roles with full technical and delivery ownership of revenue-generating products
  • Proven track record of building product features leveraging advanced Generative AI
  • Demonstrated success in using Generative AI to optimize work processes
