Head Of Marketing $400,000USD/year ($200 USD/hour)

Description

Do you often find yourself rolling your eyes at the typical CEO stereotype? Keep reading; this might be your calling.

Imagine a path to CEO that doesn’t demand prior CEO experience but rewards your skills in a dynamic environment with over 100 software products.

Who You Are

You’re not a traditional CEO. You’ve avoided the typical CEO role because you know it often translates to endless meetings and logistical headaches. You’re smart, concise, and have a knack for SaaS without being bogged down by outdated leadership norms. You’re ready to be the leader that others like you have been waiting for. Consider this role your launchpad.

You’re a generative AI enthusiast, leveraging tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard to automate tasks. No software development background needed.

You’re already crafting a strong personal brand and understand its long-term benefits and the dedication required. We’ll support you in building it further.

You’ve led teams through rapid product launches, especially during pivotal phases like Seed to Series A/B. You excel at exciting customers about new features and use metrics like net dollar retention to measure success.

What you will be doing

  • Enhancing Productivity: Utilize generative AI tools to automate and optimize workflows across the organization.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback to improve product offerings.
  • Personal Branding: Create podcasts, blogs, and grow a social media presence to promote your AI-driven product portfolio.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in creativity-draining busywork.
  • Managing teams or getting lost in internal operations that distract from your strategic vision.
  • Experimenting with business models, as you’ll have a proven playbook to follow.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years in the enterprise software industry.
  • Leadership experience in marketing, sales, business development, partnerships, or customer-facing roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in generative AI tools for workflow automation; basic use for research or content generation is not sufficient.
  • Residence in North America, South America, or Europe.
