We’re looking for a financial sharp-shooter who’s tired of explaining the past and ready to architect the future. If you’ve got the chops to turn a spreadsheet into a strategy weapon and the curiosity to let AI tear down old workflows, this role will feel like home.
IgniteTech isn’t your average software company. We grow through bold acquisitions and real operational reinvention, and then we scale those businesses with precision, data, and speed. This role sits at the nerve center of that machine, using generative AI to help us predict what’s coming, price intelligently, and push back hard on wasteful spend.
This is not a backwards-facing FP&A role. It’s not month-end reporting. It’s not about polishing slide decks for decisions already made. You’ll build live, AI-assisted forecasting models that drive exec planning cycles. You’ll map vendor ROI and force hard calls on what we keep and what we kill. You’ll ship dashboards and insights that make or break product packaging, pricing strategy, and vendor deals. Your work will influence decisions at the portfolio level—think hundreds of millions in revenue.
You’ll sit inside a cross-functional finance and ops team that’s building the system behind smarter enterprise software businesses. If you bring precision, strategic depth, and storytelling clarity to your financial work, and you’re excited to wield AI tools to move faster and think deeper, we want to hear from you!
Crossover's skill assessment process combines innovative AI power with decades of human research, to take the guesswork, human bias, and pointless filters out of recruiting high-performing teams.
It’s super hard to qualify—extreme quality standards ensure every single team member is at the top of their game.
Over 50% of new hires double or triple their previous pay. Why? Because that’s what the best person in the world is worth.
We don’t care where you went to school, what color your hair is, or whether we can pronounce your name. Just prove you’ve got the skills.
