Your mission: make that outcome a reality and validate it with concrete data. You'll develop deep learning expertise, codify your insights into powerful "Brain Lifts" that enhance both human and AI capabilities, and drive weekly product improvements until results speak for themselves.

What you will be doing

  • Develop comprehensive Brain Lifts—structured frameworks of expert knowledge that enhance AI capabilities, inform strategic decisions, and demonstrate your growing domain mastery
  • Execute rapid, evidence-based product iterations on a weekly cadence, continuously steering toward measurable student outcome improvements
  • Cultivate deep, systematic expertise in specific learning domains to elevate team decision-making, create more effective learning experiences, and communicate with genuine authority

What you will NOT be doing

  • Traditional product management tasks like roadmap administration or prescriptive feature definition
  • Taking a solution-first approach; instead, you'll build domain expertise and user understanding before developing solutions
  • Engaging in lengthy development cycles; our philosophy centers on weekly shipping and iteration
  • Engineering technical solutions or dictating software architecture decisions
