You'll pioneer our innovative "Brain Lifts" methodology, combining human expertise with AI capabilities to create smarter, more effective learning solutions.

What you will be doing

Your role will revolve around three core pillars:

  • Architect and Evolve Brain Lifts: Create and maintain a dynamic knowledge base that enhances our AI capabilities, guides strategic decisions, and demonstrates deep domain mastery.
  • Drive Weekly Product Evolution: Lead rapid, data-informed product iterations that consistently move us closer to our student success metrics.
  • Master the Learning Domain: Develop and apply comprehensive understanding of educational challenges and opportunities to ensure our solutions are both innovative and effective.

What you will NOT be doing

To maintain our focus and agility, you won't be:

  • Getting bogged down in traditional product management tasks like roadmap maintenance or feature specifications
  • Engaging in lengthy development cycles - we believe in weekly shipping and rapid iteration
  • Creating extensive documentation or managing complex backlogs
  • Making technical architecture decisions - that's our engineering team's domain

Candidate requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record with 4+ years in product leadership, demonstrating your ability to shape and drive product vision
  • Success story of launching a complete product from ground zero to user adoption (not just features or internal tools)
  • Genuine enthusiasm and practical experience in leveraging AI tools for strategic thinking and daily operations
