What you will be doing

  • Building and leading global teams. 
  • Managing end-to-end project delivery. 
  • Helping us improve our delivery playbooks and processes. 
  • Partnering with our clients and delighting them every day.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing but not leading - we want leaders, not administrators. 
  • Making excuses for sub-par teams - we only build elite teams leveraging our global team and talent network. 
  • Focusing on the completion of deliverables and tasks - we deliver business outcomes, not completed tasks or deliverables.

Key responsibilities

You will be the accountable leader for one or more client projects. You will scope the work, build the team, manage the client relationship, and drive the outcome.

Candidate requirements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering technical projects
  • Experience staffing teams and managing client relationships
  • Experience leading projects using agile delivery methods
  • Based in the Americas or Europe
