What you will be doing

  • Architect and evolve AI-powered test automation frameworks that generate complex test cases, scripts, and data for comprehensive validation
  • Leverage advanced GenAI tools to analyze testing outcomes, identify hidden defect patterns, and drive continuous improvement through actionable insights
  • Design and implement AI-driven simulations of user scenarios, stress conditions, and edge cases to preemptively uncover potential issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-enhanced QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle

What you will NOT be doing

  • Executing repetitive manual tests or maintaining outdated test scripts
  • Waiting for bugs to be reported by users or discovered in production
  • Spending hours writing basic test cases that could be generated by AI
  • Struggling with false positives or irrelevant test results due to poorly designed automation
  • Following rigid, predefined QA processes that don't adapt to the complexities of modern software development

Key responsibilities

Drive the transformation of software quality assurance by leveraging AI and automation to dramatically reduce defects, accelerate release cycles, and set new benchmarks for product reliability and user satisfaction.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record of adopting an AI-first approach to problem-solving in QA (essential: your instinct should be to leverage AI tools before writing code)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a QA automation role, with a focus on AI-enhanced testing methodologies
  • Expert-level proficiency in Selenium and advanced skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript for AI integration
  • Demonstrated success in using AI tools to automate and optimize QA workflows in professional settings
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and their integration with AI-driven QA processes
  • Ability to think critically about AI applications in QA and innovate beyond existing tools and practices
