What you will be doing

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to devise innovative solutions with tangible business impact.
  • Leverage generative AI tools to enhance the efficiency of various functions, including Operations, Hiring, and M&A.
  • Manage processes from conception through to execution.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Offering broad insights and recommendations—we seek implementers, not consultants.
  • Creating theoretical scenarios to pitch insights to management—you will address real business challenges with practical solutions.

Candidate requirements

  • Over 5 years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in using generative AI tools to enhance workplace productivity.
  • Reside in a timezone between UTC-9 and UTC+1 (Americas, Europe, or Western Africa) and be willing to work US business hours.
