What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating sales pitches or interacting with prospective customers
  • Creating advertising copy
  • Designing or developing websites
  • While you may write some Apex, Python, or TypeScript, it will not be the bulk of your work

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the operations, sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to manage and make sure our systems and processes are working correctly.
  • Integrate new technologies and build systems, methods, and processes to drive higher quality in our work and help us be more efficient.

  • Working knowledge of Apex.
  • Experience in data migration from one instance of SFDC to another.
  • Experience with building system integrations via API or middleware and business automation.
  • Excited about AI, familiar with today’s state of technology, and have a view on how to apply it.
