What you will be doing

  • Working with project teams and client stakeholders to deeply understand the technical requirements and goals for professional services projects
  • Implementing project requirements through custom configurations and code. You will be implementing API and SSO integrations, developing front-end customizations, and making significant contributions to the improvement of our products

What you will NOT be doing

  • Working on the same repetitive projects all the time
  • Working 70-80 hours per week; with good time management, you should finish your work within 40 hours per week
  • Selling or spending most of your time scoping new work

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement technical configurations, integrations, and customizations that meet project requirements while delighting our customers.

Candidate requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience as a software developer on project-based engagements that include client interactions
  • Proficiency coding in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Must be a strong communicator who is excited about learning new technologies
  • Able to work a schedule that largely overlaps with standard business hours in US Eastern Time

Nice to have

  • Proficiency coding in Java
  • Experience with authentication flows (e.g., SAML, OpenID, OAuth)
