We're looking for experienced financial analysts who excel in data science, are proficient in programming, and are keen to harness AI to enhance their analytical toolkits.

2-Hour Learning is embarking on an exhilarating $100M+, multi-state expansion to bring educational innovation to US students. You will leverage AI and cutting-edge tech tools to analyze commercial property markets, ensuring no target property in the US escapes our eye. This role focuses on long-term strategic investment rather than short-term property turnover; 2 Hour Learning aims to operate each property acquired.

A day in your role will include:

  • Leveraging AI tools and your programming skills to systematically scan for distressed and special-use properties nationwide.
  • Networking with key real estate professionals and accessing exclusive databases to uncover off-market opportunities.
  • Conducting financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate these opportunities, interpret data, and predict market trends.
  • Working collaboratively to operationalize 2 Hour Learning's real estate investment strategy, enhancing our capability to scout, analyze, and invest in properties that align with our educational mission.

What you will be doing

  • Scan nation-wide listings for commercial real estate opportunities, ensuring strategic alignment with 2 Hour Learning’s expansion goals.
  • Code and refine predictive algorithms with the help of AI to efficiently evaluate large datasets, assess market trends and investment risks.
  • Continuously improve data sourcing and analysis techniques to maintain a competitive edge in identifying high-potential investment opportunities.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Typical brokerage activities such as listing properties, making offers, or negotiating sales; this role is focused on strategic investment analysis, not sales or property management.
  • Relying on outdated methods of property scouting or data gathering; you will utilize AI tools to streamline and enhance the sourcing and data analysis processes.

Key responsibilities

Drive growth and innovation in 2 Hour Learning's commercial real estate portfolio through strategic, AI-enhanced investment analysis.

Candidate requirements

  • Degree in finance, financial engineering, fintech, or any other relevant field that equips you with a deep understanding of financial data analysis.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry, analyzing financial data using quantitative tools and methods.
  • Proficiency in Python or any other programming language suitable for tasks such as developing financial models, analyzing large datasets, programming tools to source data, etc.
  • Familiarity with data analysis using AI tools and eagerness to apply them in enhancing real estate investment identification and analysis.
  • Willingness and ability to work US business hours (8 am - 6 pm in any US time zone).
