Are you done settling for classrooms where paperwork drowns play? Where you can't experiment because the curriculum is locked in a binder from 2003?

At Alpha, we're building the future of early childhood education. AI-driven operations, but fiercely committed to in-person learning where it matters most. As a Pre-Kindergarten Guide, you'll shape what Pre-K can be, not just execute what it's been. You'll guide 4-year-olds through discovery that actually matters: art that explores gravity, stories that build empathy, play that develops executive function. You'll have autonomy to design experiences, not follow lesson plans written by someone who hasn't seen a classroom in years.

Austin reality: 20-minute commutes. Live music, parks and outdoor access. School districts with national recognition (including us obviously) if you're raising a family.

Shape young minds. Build the future. Apply now.
