Are you passionate about transforming education and inspiring others? Join Alpha as an ambassador for our innovative learning model where kids crush academics in 2 hours, build essential life skills, and thrive beyond the classroom.

Key Details:

  • Location: Austin, TX (on-site)
  • Hours: Guaranteed 15 hours/week minimum; up to 30 hours/week
  • Schedule: Three or more 5-hour blocks between 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Mon-Fri, flexible to work around your other commitments (perfect for students, parents, or those with other part-time work)
  • Pay: $30/hour
  • Start: Immediate

You'll showcase how we're revolutionizing education by helping prospective families experience our unique approach firsthand. You'll immerse visitors in our dynamic learning environment where students achieve 2.6x faster growth than their peers and develop crucial life skills through engaging workshops. Your day will focus on leading campus tours and helping prepare engaging materials for school events and showcases.

What you will be doing

  • Lead engaging campus tours for prospective families during school hours (9:15 AM-3:00 PM)
  • Share Alpha's innovative approach and success stories with authenticity and enthusiasm
  • Support preparation of materials for tours, school events, showcases, and admissions activities
  • Optional participation in weekend showcase events for additional hours

What you will NOT be doing

  • Cold calling or sales outreach
  • Academic instruction or student supervision
  • Full-time hours or rigid scheduling

Create an exceptional first impression of Alpha's revolutionary education model by delivering compelling tours that inspire families to envision their children thriving in our program.

Candidate requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills and natural ability to connect with people
  • Available for at least three 5-hour blocks between 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday (scheduling is flexible to accommodate other commitments)
  • Enthusiasm for Alpha's mission to transform education
  • Ability to tell compelling stories and explain complex concepts simply
  • Willing to work in-person at our Austin campus
  • Eligible to work without visa sponsorship
