We’re looking for someone who moves fast, writes sharp, and thinks like an AI-native. If you get a rush from turning one blog post into 10 killer social clips using GenAI tools — and you can’t stand the drag of manual copywriting or the chaos of unscheduled calendars — this is your kind of role.
Our company isn’t doing social the old-school way. We’ve ditched the slow brainstorms and inconsistent posting schedules. We’ve built an engine that runs on GenAI — not just for speed, but for scale. Our social media presence is a strategic growth lever, and we use tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, and AI-assisted video scripting to crank out high-volume, high-quality content that’s always on-message, always on-time, and always getting better through real-time performance feedback.
This job is not for someone who wants to "dabble" in AI or post when inspiration strikes. It’s for someone who wants to build a social content machine. You’ll be generating posts, repurposing long-form into short-form, scripting videos, queuing them up with surgical precision, and engaging with our audience like a pro. What you will be doing
- Use GenAI tools to quickly create, adapt, and format social media content across channels in line with brand guidelines
- Manage and schedule content using publishing tools to maintain a consistent presence across all social platforms
- Read social channels daily and respond promptly using templates or AI-assisted adjustments
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality social media presence that increases brand visibility, customer engagement, and content reach
Candidate requirements
- At least 2 years of experience creating and managing content for Facebook, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn
- Previous experience using tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Canva AI to draft and repurpose social media content
- An understanding of how AI tools can be integrated into the process of building broad media strategies and campaigns
