At Texas Sports Academy, we’re breaking the mold of traditional education. Our student-athletes complete rigorous academics in just two hours using AI-powered tools, freeing up four hours daily for elite sports training and real-world skill-building. This isn’t school as you remember it. It’s built for movement, mastery, and momentum. And it only works when operations run with the same precision as the athletes we train.

As Campus Coordinator, you’ll be the operational engine of our campus. You’ll own everything from technology systems and safety protocols to vendor coordination and facilities. You’ll empower our students can flow seamlessly between learning and training. You'll ensure coaches and families never have to worry about logistics. This is not a support role. It’s a mission-critical position where your judgment, energy, and execution will directly impact every student’s success.

What you will be doing

  • Managing day-to-day campus operations—from transportation and logistics to equipment and facilities
  • Administering student devices and accounts, troubleshooting issues, and serving as the Google Admin on site
  • Executing and enforcing campus safety protocols, from drills to incident response
  • Acting as the go-to contact for parents, coaches, vendors, and staff to ensure top-tier service and trust
  • Supporting internal events, onboarding new hires, and continually improving the student-athlete experience

What you will NOT be doing

  • Sitting behind a desk—this is a high-movement, high-energy role with campus-wide responsibility
  • Making academic or curriculum decisions—that’s handled by our coaches and Guides
  • Working in a silo—your success depends on proactive collaboration across staff and families
  • Waiting for instructions—you’ll be trusted to own outcomes and make smart, fast decisions
  • Tolerating bureaucracy—this role is built for action, autonomy, and visible impact

Key responsibilities

Ensure Texas Sports Academy campuses operate at peak efficiency—creating a seamless, safe, and high-performance environment where student-athletes thrive and families feel confident.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated success managing complex operations in environments like education, sports, or event management
  • Familiarity with IT systems and tools, including experience administering devices and user accounts
  • Strong communication skills for building trust with competitive families, staff, and coaches
  • High degree of personal ownership, time management, and problem-solving ability
  • Legal right to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Willingness to work on-site in Lake Travis, TX

Nice to have

  • 3+ years in operational or logistics leadership roles
  • Google Admin experience
  • Background in school or athletic environments
  • Track record of elevating customer or community satisfaction through operational excellence
