What you will be doing

  • Responding to parent questions via email, phone, and text, providing prompt, accurate guidance in Unbound’s voice
  • Contacting new leads within 24 hours, scheduling experience days, and securing commitments to upcoming events
  • Maintaining flawless student and family records across HubSpot, the SIS, and related platforms
  • Designing and refining templates and automated workflows that keep communications efficient and on-brand
  • Preparing attendance and compliance reports by coordinating with teachers and leveraging new digital tools

What you will NOT be doing

  • Completing repetitive manual paperwork that could be automated
  • Working from a traditional front office or sticking to rigid on-site hours
  • Chasing signatures or waiting for approval chains that slow parent service
  • Staying confined to routine tasks without opportunities for strategic growth

Key responsibilities

Increase enrollment and ensure operational compliance by delivering exceptional parent engagement and error-free student information management.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a school environment
  • Prior experience using Student Information Systems (SIS)
  • At least 1 year of outbound calling or phone-based support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
  • Arizona resident due to occasional in-person support needs
