What you will be doing
- Design and deliver elite learning experiences – Create workshops (math, science, philosophy, creative writing) and provide 1-on-1 mentorship for 15-20 gifted students working at 5-10x normal pace
- Diagnose and solve learning obstacles – Adapt approaches in real-time to help students who've outgrown traditional schooling find their intellectual edge
- Leverage AI for personalization
- Collaborate and optimize – Refine workshop playbooks with peers and track impact through qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics
Candidate requirements
- Top-tier education – Bachelor's degree from Ivy League or equivalent university
- Academic excellence – National Merit Finalist, Olympiad medalist, early college graduation, or similar achievement
- Elite academic signal – Prestigious scholarship (Rhodes, Fulbright, NSF GRFP), Mensa/Triple Nine Society membership, PhD, or university-level teaching experience
- 3 years mentorship experience – Coaching, mentoring, or teaching students in any capacity
- Daily AI usage – Self-reported use of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Location – Willingness to relocate to or work in-person in Austin (Georgetown), TX
- Work authorization – Legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
