This role is for an operator who sees a building and immediately envisions the end-to-end setup: the furniture that matches the brand, the signage that welcomes families, the systems that actually work, and the hospitality details that make UHNW parents feel like they've chosen the right school the moment they walk in. You’ll own the final mile of school readiness: the work that transforms a physical space into a functioning, exceptional 2 Hour Learning campus.
You won’t be following someone else’s checklist. You’ll build the dashboards, trackers, and procurement workflows that set the standard across 25+ campuses. From major upgrades to last-minute AV fixes, your systems will define and deliver consistent excellence. This is not a slow-moving facilities job. You’ll be juggling new launches, vendor chaos, and fast-changing directives, and you’ll make it all look effortless.
