That radical shift demands spaces that are just as intentional — and we need someone to lead the charge. You’ll architect the systems, standards, and teams that ensure every campus delivers on that promise. You’ll manage a growing team of regional design leads and vendors, align priorities across teams, and identify the design innovations that move the needle on experience, perception, and retention.
This isn’t a creative ivory tower role. You’ll be on the ground, mentoring team members, auditing installs, and refining the playbook in real time. You’ll build the engine that scales excellent environments — and make sure it runs.
