Associate Dean of Parents - Puerto Rico   $200,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an on-site role in Dorado, Puerto Rico. Relocation assistance is available.

If you want a role where your influence can reshape a community, Dorado is the place to do it. Families here are highly engaged, globally experienced, and hungry for a better way to educate their kids. They expect clarity, trust, and excellence, and they respond fast when they find it. This is your chance to lead parent partnerships in one of Alpha’s most dynamic, high-growth markets while living in one of the most desirable environments in the U.S.

Alpha redefines what school can be. Students complete core academics in 2 hours a day using AI-powered apps, then spend the rest of their time building real-world skills—public speaking, collaboration, problem solving, and independent thinking. It’s not traditional. It’s not slow. And when parents truly understand it, they become some of its strongest champions. Your mission is to help families in Dorado see the power of this model and feel confident joining it.

Life in Puerto Rico offers an unmatched combination of purpose and lifestyle. Dorado is a tight-knit, influential community where relationships matter and word-of-mouth can shift demand overnight. Parents include entrepreneurs, remote professionals, and globally mobile families who chose Puerto Rico for its quality of life—warm weather, culture, beaches, and proximity to San Juan’s energy. This role gives you high autonomy on campus, deep community reach, and the satisfaction of building something meaningful in a place people love living.

If you thrive on trust-building, impactful conversations, and leading a campus to sustained growth, this is the opportunity to do it at a level few educational roles ever reach. Apply if you want to shape both a school and a community.

What you will be doing

  • Owning every phase of the parent relationship—from first inquiry through long-term satisfaction—at the Dorado campus.
  • Hosting compelling info sessions and high-impact 1:1 conversations that convert interest into enrollment momentum.
  • Being the primary parent contact: resolving concerns, strengthening trust, and ensuring families feel supported throughout their Alpha experience.
  • Building visibility across Dorado by being consistently present on campus and forming partnerships within the local community.
  • Activating enthusiastic parents to amplify referrals and accelerate community advocacy.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following scripts or transactional sales tactics that don’t fit a relationship-driven community.
  • Sitting behind a desk or delegating parent relationships to others.
  • Allowing external groups or parent factions to dilute Alpha’s educational model.
  • Operating anonymously in the background—Dorado requires hands-on leadership and visible campus presence.

Key responsibilities

Drive enrollment and retention at the Dorado campus by leading high-trust parent relationships from first contact through long-term satisfaction and advocacy.

Candidate requirements

  • Currently reside within commuting distance of Dorado, PR, or be willing to relocate.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • 5+ years working with families in education, outreach, or enrollment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to earn trust and guide complex decision-making.
  • Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high-expectation learning model.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with bilingual or globally mobile families.
  • Background in admissions, community engagement, or family advising.
  • Familiarity with Puerto Rico’s community dynamics or relocation population.
