What you will be doing
- Build and maintain API integrations between enrollment, CRM, SIS, and reporting platforms across multiple campuses
- Design automation workflows that eliminate manual data entry and scale efficiently as new campuses launch
- Train admissions and registrar teams on platform features and create clear documentation for consistent workflows
- Provide responsive technical support and translate user feedback into actionable system improvements
Candidate requirements
- 3+ years managing CRM or SIS platforms in admissions, enrollment, or registrar environments (e.g., Finalsite, Salesforce, SchoolAdmin, HubSpot, or similar)
- Proven experience building and maintaining API-based integrations or automation workflows
- Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills
- Experience creating technical documentation and training staff on system usage
- Process optimization and troubleshooting skills under pressure in operational environments
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Willingness to work remotely within the United States
