Nova Academy serves students and families who hold high expectations for their educational experience. Those expectations reach beyond classroom instruction. They surface in the clarity of family communication, the security students experience, the efficiency of daily routines, and the speed at which issues are addressed. This position ensures all of these elements function reliably, every day.
In this capacity, you oversee the complete non-instructional operation of the campus. You establish trust with families by delivering clear, prompt communication. You protect student safety by managing safety protocols and incident procedures. You handle facilities, logistics, and operational workflows so that staff remain focused on student needs. You also ensure that technology enhances learning instead of disrupting it.

What you will be doing
- Developing trusted relationships with parents, students, and staff using proactive, bilingual outreach
- Overseeing campus safety functions, including entry protocols, health situations, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family notifications
- Managing day-to-day campus operations including attendance tracking, transportation logistics, facility maintenance, and front-office coordination
- Facilitating onboarding and orientation for incoming staff to support effective integration into campus procedures and culture
- Administering student devices and campus technology systems, acting as the primary on-site technical contact and Google Administrator

- Delivering classroom lessons or providing academic support
- Mentoring Guides or contributing to curriculum development
- Functioning in a narrowly scoped or exclusively administrative capacity
- Working within a slow-paced, entirely predictable setting
- Delegating problems rather than managing them to completion
Key responsibilities
Ensure Nova Academy functions safely, efficiently, and reliably so that students, staff, and families encounter a high-trust, professionally managed campus each day.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or comparable operational functions
- Proficiency with basic technology responsibilities including device configuration, troubleshooting, and account management
- Strong communication abilities in both written and verbal formats
- Capacity to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluency in spoken Spanish and English with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Availability to work on-site in Austin, TX, or readiness to relocate
Nice to have
- 3+ years of operational management experience
- Background serving as a Google Administrator
- Experience coordinating and executing events
