LOCATION NOTE: This is an on-site position based at our Austin, TX campus.

What you will be doing

  • Taking full ownership of day-to-day campus operations—covering everything from fire safety protocols to staff onboarding and maintaining an uninterrupted learning environment.
  • Addressing technology issues directly: diagnosing problems, overseeing device transitions, and acting as the primary resource for technical support.
  • Preparing refined, professional environments for events and guaranteeing their flawless execution.
  • Establishing trust with students, parents, and staff through transparent communication and superior service delivery.
  • Maintaining campus security by implementing effective protocols, conducting drills, and enforcing safety procedures.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Teaching classes or designing curriculum—your concentration is on operational excellence, not educational content.
  • Following rigid workflows or waiting for others to initiate action—this position demands proactive accountability.
  • Operating independently—success in this role depends on teamwork and active community involvement.
  • Being confined to repetitive or mundane duties—this role provides diversity and substantive challenges.

Maintain seamless campus operations while cultivating trust and providing exceptional service to students, staff, and parents.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (field of study is not specified)
  • Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot issues and handle operational logistics confidently
  • Working knowledge of IT systems or technical support functions
  • Background in customer-facing positions
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken Spanish and English
  • A robust sense of ownership and a readiness to take initiative
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
  • Willingness to be present on-site in Austin, TX

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience in operational management
  • Background working as a Google Administrator
  • Experience organizing and executing events
