Description

Step into a role where your leadership transforms visions into reality—become the architect of our rapid expansion.

What you will be doing

  • Driving one of the national launch domains: regulatory approvals, onboarding + systems, or financial operations
  • Executing cross-functional projects with complete decision-making power and accountability
  • Creating and refining operational playbooks, ensuring their effectiveness through real-world application
  • Partnering directly with founders, department heads, and campus staff to establish launch-ready infrastructure
  • Leveraging AI tools and automation for operational efficiency and rapid execution

What you will NOT be doing

  • Advising from the sidelines—this is an action-oriented role, not strategic consultancy
  • Navigating bureaucratic layers—you’ll have direct access to key decision-makers
  • Focusing on a single market or streamlining one process—you’ll manage diverse, simultaneous projects
  • Waiting for direction—you’ll define and create clarity
  • Passing difficult decisions—you’ll be the one making them

Key responsibilities

Lead and deliver a critical operational component of 2HL’s national school launch with precision and speed, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Candidate requirements

Seeking dynamic leaders across multiple operational verticals, each demanding speed, clarity, structured thought, and relentless execution.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years at a leading strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional operations in fast-paced, uncertain environments
  • Expertise in one or more areas: regulatory compliance, onboarding systems, or scaling financial operations
  • Strong analytical and execution skills, capable of transitioning from plan to action independently
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. and willingness to travel approximately one week per month
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance workflow and expedite project delivery
