Campus Operations Coordinator   $60,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role at our campus in Cedar Park, TX.

You're not here to manage academics. You're here to ensure the campus operates smoothly and enrollment grows. If you can transition seamlessly from conducting a family tour to coordinating a safety drill to resolving a technical issue—all while maintaining professionalism—this role is for you.

Serving as the operational backbone and admissions gateway for Montessorium's Cedar Park, TX campus, you'll oversee everything beyond the classroom and everything that brings families through the door. You'll deliver tours that lead to enrollment, follow up with prospective families strategically, and monitor the admissions pipeline. You'll also ensure campus operations stay on track: day-to-day logistics, facility management, vendor relations, technology coordination, and maintaining the safety standards parents expect.

Montessorium is a K-6 Montessori elementary program blending tactile learning materials and lessons with modern technology. We support that approach with transparent systems, mutual trust, and team members who embrace accountability. This is a full-time, on-site, salaried position with benefits. If you're the reliable presence families count on and the operator who ensures everything functions seamlessly, we'd like to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct family tours that result in enrollment, customize follow-up communication, and oversee the admissions pipeline to meet enrollment goals
  • Respond to prospective family inquiries within 24 hours, identify and address obstacles, and guide families confidently through the decision process
  • Implement safety protocols and drills, record incidents, and uphold rigorous compliance standards
  • Manage daily operational logistics, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and act as the primary point of contact for technology support
  • Organize and facilitate open houses and campus events that present Montessorium in a professional, inviting manner
  • Provide temporary supervision for K–6 students (ages 5–13) during staffing shortages—covering activities like recess, transitions, and basic classroom monitoring. This is support, not teaching.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering academic instruction, tutoring, or teaching students
  • Creating curriculum or altering academic programming
  • Spending your entire day at a desk
  • Referring every technical problem to someone else
  • Working a strict 9–5 schedule. Certain student activities and campus events occur outside standard hours, including evenings or weekends

Key responsibilities

Promote consistent enrollment growth and provide a secure, professional campus environment that builds family confidence and allows our guides to concentrate on educational outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Interest in Montessori elementary education (prior familiarity preferred, not required)
  • Demonstrated admissions or enrollment experience, including direct interaction with parents and students
  • Clear ownership mindset and ability to independently resolve challenges
  • Outstanding communication abilities and strong emotional intelligence
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
  • Able to work in-person in Cedar Park, TX or prepared to relocate
