Campus Operations Coordinator   $60,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role at our campus in Cedar Park, TX.

You won't be running a school. You'll be ensuring it operates smoothly and expands. If you can transition seamlessly from guiding a parent visit to executing a safety protocol to resolving a technical issue—all while maintaining composure—this role is designed for you.

Serving as both the operational core and admissions gateway for Montessorium's Cedar Park, TX campus, you'll manage all non-classroom functions and drive family enrollment from first contact to commitment. You'll conduct high-converting tours, maintain thoughtful prospect communication, and oversee pipeline metrics. Simultaneously, you'll ensure campus continuity: day-to-day operations, facility management, vendor relationships, technology coordination, and the safety standards parents expect.

Montessorium delivers a Montessori elementary experience (K-6) that blends tactile learning materials with advanced technology. We support that model with structured systems, mutual trust, and team members who embrace accountability. This is a full-time, on-campus, salaried position with benefits. If you're the reliable operator families count on and the problem-solver who keeps everything aligned, we'd like to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Lead family campus visits that drive conversions, craft individualized follow-up communication, and monitor the admissions pipeline toward enrollment goals
  • Respond to prospective family inquiries within 24 hours, identify and address obstacles, and shepherd families confidently through the decision process
  • Implement safety procedures and emergency drills, record incidents accurately, and ensure rigorous regulatory compliance
  • Manage daily operational logistics, facility maintenance, vendor partnerships, and act as the main point of contact for technology support
  • Organize and execute open houses and campus events that present Montessorium through a professional, inviting lens
  • Provide short-term supervisory coverage for K–6 students (ages 5–13) during staffing transitions—covering outdoor activities, movement between spaces, and general classroom presence. This is supervision, not teaching.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering academic instruction, tutoring, or teaching students
  • Designing curriculum or altering educational programming
  • Remaining desk-bound throughout the workday
  • Passing every technology issue to others for resolution
  • Adhering to a strict 9–5 routine. Certain student programming and campus events require evening or weekend availability

Key responsibilities

Sustain consistent enrollment momentum and provide a secure, professional campus environment that builds family confidence and allows our guides to concentrate on educational outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Interest in Montessori elementary education (prior familiarity preferred but not required)
  • Demonstrated admissions or enrollment experience, including direct interaction with parents and students
  • Strong sense of ownership and capacity to resolve challenges autonomously
  • Outstanding communication abilities and elevated emotional intelligence
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Able to work on-site in Cedar Park, TX or prepared to relocate
