Campus Operations Coordinator   $60,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This position requires in-person presence at our Cedar Park, TX campus.

Your role is not to operate a school—it's to ensure the school operates and expands. If you can transition seamlessly from guiding prospective families through tours to coordinating safety procedures to resolving technical issues—all while maintaining composure—this position suits you.

Serving as both the operational core and the admissions gateway for Montessorium's Cedar Park, TX campus, you will manage all aspects beyond the classroom and every touchpoint that brings families through our doors. You will conduct tours designed to convert interest into enrollment, maintain consistent communication with prospective families, and monitor the enrollment pipeline. Simultaneously, you'll ensure campus functionality: daily operational logistics, facility management, vendor relations, technology coordination, and the safety standards that build parent confidence.

Montessorium delivers a Montessori elementary education (K-6) that integrates tactile learning materials with advanced technology. We support this approach through defined systems, elevated trust, and team members who embrace full accountability. This is a salaried, full-time, on-campus position with benefits. If you are the dependable presence families count on and the organizer who ensures seamless execution, we look forward to connecting with you.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct family campus tours that drive conversion, customize follow-up communications, and oversee the admissions pipeline toward enrollment goals
  • Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, identify and resolve obstacles, and shepherd families with confidence through the enrollment decision
  • Implement safety protocols and emergency drills, record incidents, and ensure rigorous compliance standards
  • Manage day-to-day operations, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and act as the primary point of contact for technology support
  • Organize and facilitate open houses and campus events that present Montessorium through a refined, approachable atmosphere
  • Provide temporary supervision for K–6 students (ages 5–13) during staffing transitions—including recess monitoring, student movement, and basic classroom presence. This is supportive coverage, not teaching.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering lessons, tutoring, or providing direct academic instruction
  • Creating or altering curriculum or educational programming
  • Remaining desk-bound throughout the workday
  • Referring every technology problem to others
  • Adhering to a fixed 9–5 workday. Certain student programming and campus events occur outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends

Key responsibilities

Sustain consistent enrollment growth and provide a secure, professional campus environment that builds family confidence and enables our educators to concentrate on student learning outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Interest in Montessori elementary education (prior experience is valued but not required)
  • Demonstrated admissions or enrollment background, including direct interaction with parents and students
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to resolve challenges autonomously
  • Outstanding communication abilities and elevated emotional intelligence
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without need for visa sponsorship
  • Ability to work on-site in Cedar Park, TX or readiness to relocate
