Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role at our campus in Cedar Park, TX.

You won't be running a school. Your role is to ensure it runs smoothly and scales effectively. If you can seamlessly transition from guiding prospective parents through campus to coordinating a safety protocol to resolving a technical issue—all while maintaining composure—this position is for you.

Serving as both the operational backbone and the admissions gateway for Montessorium's Cedar Park, TX campus, you will manage all aspects beyond the classroom walls and everything that brings families through our doors. You will conduct tours designed to convert interest into enrollment, maintain ongoing communication with prospective families, and oversee the full admissions pipeline. Simultaneously, you will ensure campus operations remain seamless: daily logistics coordination, facilities management, vendor relationships, technology support, and the safety standards that parents depend on.

Montessorium operates as a Montessori elementary school (K-6) blending traditional hands-on learning materials with advanced technology. We support this approach through well-defined systems, mutual trust, and team members who embrace accountability. This is a full-time, on-campus, salaried position with benefits. If you are the reliable presence families count on and the organizer who ensures everything functions efficiently, we would like to speak with you.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct family tours optimized for conversion, customize follow-up communications, and track the admissions pipeline against enrollment objectives
  • Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, identify and resolve obstacles, and provide clear guidance that moves families toward commitment
  • Implement safety procedures and emergency drills, record incidents accurately, and ensure full regulatory compliance
  • Manage day-to-day logistics, oversee facilities maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and act as the main point of contact for technology matters
  • Organize and facilitate open houses and campus events that present Montessorium professionally with a warm, inviting atmosphere
  • Provide temporary supervision for K–6 students (ages 5–13) during brief staffing shortages—activities such as playground monitoring, transitions, and general classroom presence. This is support coverage, not teaching.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering academic instruction, tutoring, or teaching students
  • Creating curriculum or altering educational programming
  • Remaining desk-bound throughout the day
  • Referring every technical challenge upward
  • Working a fixed 9–5 schedule. Certain student programs and events occur outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends

Key responsibilities

Support consistent enrollment expansion and maintain a secure, professional campus environment that builds family confidence and allows our educators to concentrate on student learning outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Interest in Montessori elementary education (previous experience preferred but not required)
  • Demonstrated admissions or enrollment background, including direct interaction with parents and students
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to resolve challenges autonomously
  • Outstanding communication abilities and high emotional intelligence
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without need for visa sponsorship
  • Able to work on-site in Cedar Park, TX or prepared to relocate
