School Operations Coordinator   $60,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an on-site position at our Cedar Park, TX campus.

Your role is not to manage a school—it's to ensure the school operates seamlessly and expands. If you can transition from conducting a parent tour to coordinating a safety drill to resolving a technical issue without missing a beat, this is the right environment for you.

Serving as both the operational core and the admissions gateway for Montessorium's Cedar Park, TX campus, you will oversee all functions outside the classroom and every touchpoint that brings families through our doors. You will conduct tours designed to enroll, follow up with prospective families strategically, and manage the enrollment pipeline. You will also maintain campus operations: daily coordination, facility management, vendor relations, technology support, and upholding the safety standards parents expect.

Montessorium is a Montessori elementary program (K-6) that integrates traditional hands-on materials and instruction with advanced technology. We support that approach with structured systems, high accountability, and team members who own their domains. This is a full-time, on-campus, salaried position with benefits. If you are the reliable presence families count on and the operator who ensures everything functions smoothly, we would like to speak with you.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct family tours designed to convert inquiries into enrollments, tailor follow-up communications, and oversee the admissions pipeline to meet enrollment goals
  • Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, identify and resolve obstacles, and guide prospective families decisively toward enrollment
  • Implement safety procedures and drills, record incidents, and ensure full regulatory compliance
  • Manage daily operations, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and act as the main point of contact for technology matters
  • Organize and lead open houses and campus events that present Montessorium through a professional, inviting lens
  • Provide temporary supervision for K–6 students (ages 5–13) during staffing shortages—including recess monitoring, transitions, and basic classroom supervision. This is support, not teaching.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering academic instruction, tutoring, or teaching students
  • Creating or altering curriculum or academic programming
  • Remaining at a desk throughout the day
  • Forwarding every technology problem to others
  • Working a fixed 9–5 schedule. Certain student events and activities occur outside standard hours or on weekends

Key responsibilities

Sustain consistent enrollment growth and provide a secure, professional campus environment that builds family confidence and allows our guides to concentrate on educational outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Interest in Montessori elementary education (prior experience preferred, not required)
  • Demonstrated admissions or enrollment background, including direct interaction with parents and students
  • Clear ownership mindset and capacity to resolve issues autonomously
  • Outstanding communication abilities and high emotional intelligence
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
  • Able to work on-site in Cedar Park, TX or prepared to relocate
