Facilities Support Coordinator   $60,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role at our campus in Cedar Park, TX.

You're not here to manage a school. You're here to ensure it operates and expands. If you can pivot seamlessly from conducting a parent tour to executing a safety drill to resolving a technical issue—all while maintaining composure—this role is for you.

Serving as both the operational backbone and the admissions gateway for Montessorium's Cedar Park, TX campus, you'll handle everything beyond the classroom walls and everything that brings families through our doors. You'll conduct tours designed to convert, follow up thoughtfully with prospective families, and monitor the enrollment pipeline. You'll also maintain campus operations: daily logistics, facility management, vendor relations, technology coordination, and the trust and safety standards parents expect.

Montessorium is a K-6 Montessori elementary program that blends tactile materials and instruction with advanced technology. We support that approach with well-defined systems, mutual trust, and team members who embrace accountability. This is a salaried, full-time, on-campus position with benefits. If you're the dependable presence families count on and the operator who makes everything function smoothly, we'd like to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct family tours focused on conversion, customize follow-up communications, and oversee the admissions pipeline toward enrollment goals
  • Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, identify and remove obstacles, and confidently guide families toward commitment
  • Implement safety protocols and drills, record incidents accurately, and ensure flawless regulatory compliance
  • Manage daily campus logistics, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and act as the main technology point of contact
  • Organize and facilitate open houses and campus events that present Montessorium through a professional, inviting lens
  • Provide temporary supervision of K–6 students (ages 5–13) during brief staffing shortages—activities include recess monitoring, transitions, and general classroom oversight. This is support, not teaching.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering academic instruction, teaching, or tutoring students
  • Creating or altering curriculum or academic programming
  • Remaining desk-bound throughout the day
  • Escalating every technology problem to others
  • Adhering to a fixed 9–5 workday. Certain student activities and events take place after hours or on weekends

Key responsibilities

Support consistent enrollment growth and provide a safe, professional campus environment that builds family confidence and allows our guides to concentrate on educational outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Interest in Montessori elementary education (prior experience preferred, but not required)
  • Demonstrated admissions or enrollment background, including direct interaction with parents and students
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to resolve challenges autonomously
  • Outstanding communication abilities and high emotional intelligence
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
  • Able to work on-site in Cedar Park, TX or prepared to relocate
