Facilities Support Coordinator   $60,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role at our campus in Cedar Park, TX.

This position is not about running a school—it's about ensuring the school runs and expands. If you can seamlessly transition from guiding a prospective family through campus to coordinating a safety drill to resolving a technical issue, all while maintaining professionalism and warmth, this role is for you.

Serving as both the operational backbone and admissions gateway for Montessorium's Cedar Park, TX campus, you will manage all non-instructional operations and serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families. You'll conduct compelling campus tours, maintain consistent communication with leads, and manage the enrollment pipeline. Simultaneously, you'll oversee daily campus operations: logistics coordination, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, technology support, and the compliance protocols that build parental confidence.

Montessorium delivers a K-6 Montessori elementary experience that integrates traditional hands-on learning materials with modern technology. We support this approach through well-defined systems, mutual trust, and a culture of personal accountability. This is a full-time, on-campus, salaried position with comprehensive benefits. If you are the dependable presence families count on and the efficient operator who ensures seamless execution, we'd like to speak with you.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct family campus tours designed to convert interest into enrollment, customize follow-up communications, and oversee the admissions pipeline toward enrollment goals
  • Respond to all family inquiries within 24 hours, identify and resolve obstacles, and shepherd families confidently through the decision process
  • Implement safety protocols and emergency drills, document all incidents, and ensure rigorous regulatory compliance
  • Manage daily operational logistics, facility maintenance, vendor partnerships, and act as the central point of contact for technology support
  • Organize and facilitate open houses and campus events that present Montessorium through a professional, inviting lens
  • Provide short-term supervision of K–6 students (ages 5–13) during staffing transitions—covering activities like playground duty, student transitions, and basic classroom monitoring. This is support coverage, not teaching.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering academic instruction, tutoring, or teaching lessons to students
  • Creating or altering curriculum or educational programming
  • Spending your entire day at a desk
  • Passing every technology problem up the chain
  • Working a fixed 9–5 schedule. Certain student events and activities occur outside traditional hours, including evenings and weekends

Key responsibilities

Sustain consistent enrollment growth and maintain a safe, professional campus environment that builds family confidence and allows our educational guides to concentrate fully on student learning outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Interest in Montessori elementary education (prior experience is beneficial but not required)
  • Demonstrated admissions or enrollment experience involving direct interaction with parents and students
  • Strong sense of ownership and capacity to resolve challenges autonomously
  • Excellent communication abilities and high emotional intelligence
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without need for visa sponsorship
  • Ability to work on-site in Cedar Park, TX or willingness to relocate
