Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role at our campus in Cedar Park, TX.

You're not joining to operate a school. You're joining to ensure it operates and expands. If you can pivot from guiding prospective parents through a tour to executing a safety protocol to resolving a technical issue—all while maintaining composure—this role is built for you.

As the operational core and admissions gateway for Montessorium's Cedar Park, TX campus, you'll manage everything beyond the classroom walls and everything that brings families through the door. You'll conduct tours designed to enroll, follow up with care and precision, and monitor the lead pipeline. You'll also sustain campus operations: daily coordination, facilities management, vendor relations, technology support, and the trust-building safeguards parents expect.

Montessorium is a Montessori elementary program (K-6) blending traditional hands-on materials and instruction with advanced technology. We support that model with clear structures, high accountability, and team members who embrace ownership. This is a full-time, on-site, salaried position with benefits. If you're the dependable presence families count on and the operator who keeps systems running, we'd like to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct family tours that lead to enrollment, customize follow-up communication, and oversee the admissions pipeline to meet enrollment goals
  • Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, identify and resolve obstacles, and guide families with confidence toward commitment
  • Implement safety protocols and drills, record incidents accurately, and ensure full regulatory compliance
  • Manage daily operations, facility maintenance, vendor partnerships, and act as the main point of contact for tech support
  • Organize and facilitate open houses and campus events that present Montessorium through a professional, inviting lens
  • Provide interim supervision for K–6 students (ages 5–13) during short-term staffing shortages—including playground duty, transitions, and basic classroom monitoring. This is support coverage, not teaching.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Providing instruction, tutoring, or direct academic teaching to students
  • Creating curriculum or altering educational programs
  • Remaining desk-bound throughout the workday
  • Referring every technical problem upward
  • Adhering to a strict 9–5 workday. Certain student activities and events require attendance beyond standard hours or on weekends

Key responsibilities

Support consistent enrollment growth and maintain a secure, professional campus environment that builds family confidence and allows our guides to concentrate on educational outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Interest in Montessori elementary education (prior experience preferred but not required)
  • Demonstrated admissions or enrollment background, including direct interaction with parents and students
  • Clear ownership mentality and ability to resolve challenges autonomously
  • Outstanding communication abilities and high emotional intelligence
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without need for visa sponsorship
  • Able to work on-site in Cedar Park, TX or prepared to relocate
