Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role at our campus in Cedar Park, TX.

You're not here to manage a school. You're here to ensure it operates and expands. If you can transition seamlessly from guiding prospective parents through campus to conducting safety drills to resolving a technical issue—all while maintaining composure—this position is for you.

Serving as both the operational core and the admissions gateway for Montessorium's Cedar Park, TX campus, you'll manage everything beyond the classroom walls and everything that brings families through our doors. You'll conduct tours designed to convert prospects, follow up thoughtfully with leads, and monitor the enrollment pipeline. You'll also maintain campus operations: daily coordination, facility management, vendor relations, technology support, and upholding the trust parents place in us.

Montessorium is a Montessori elementary program (K-6) that integrates hands-on materials and instruction with modern technology. We support that approach with transparent systems, high accountability, and team members who embrace ownership. This is a full-time, on-site, salaried position with benefits. If you're the reliable presence families count on and the operator who ensures everything functions smoothly, we'd like to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct family tours that lead to enrollment, customize follow-up communications, and oversee the admissions funnel toward enrollment goals
  • Respond to prospective family inquiries within 24 hours, identify and resolve obstacles, and guide families confidently toward commitment
  • Implement safety protocols and drills, record incidents accurately, and ensure flawless compliance
  • Manage daily operations, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and act as the primary technology point of contact
  • Organize and execute open houses and campus events that present Montessorium through a professional, inviting lens
  • Provide short-term supervision of K–6 students (ages 5–13) during staffing gaps—activities such as recess monitoring, transitions, and basic classroom supervision. This is support coverage, not teaching.
    • Delivering academic instruction, tutoring, or teaching students
    • Creating curriculum or altering academic programs
    • Working exclusively from a desk
    • Escalating every technology problem to others
    • Adhering to a strict 9–5 schedule. Certain student activities and events occur outside standard hours or on weekends

Key responsibilities

Foster consistent enrollment growth and provide a secure, professional campus environment that builds family confidence and enables our guides to concentrate on educational outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven admissions or enrollment experience, with direct engagement with parents and students
  • Strong ownership mindset and initiative to solve problems independently
  • Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Available to work in-person in Cedar Park, TX or willing to relocate
