Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role at our campus in Cedar Park, TX.

You won't be managing classrooms. You'll be ensuring everything else works seamlessly. If you can pivot smoothly between hosting prospective families, coordinating safety procedures, and resolving technical issues while maintaining composure, this role is built for you.

You'll serve as both the operational backbone and admissions gateway for Montessorium's Cedar Park, TX campus, managing every function beyond classroom instruction and every touchpoint that brings families through our doors. You'll conduct tours designed to enroll, follow up with leads strategically, and monitor the pipeline. Simultaneously, you'll maintain campus operations: daily logistics, facility management, vendor relationships, technology coordination, and the safety standards that earn parental confidence.

Montessorium operates as a K-6 Montessori elementary program that integrates traditional hands-on materials with advanced technology. We support this approach through transparent systems, high accountability, and team members who embrace ownership. This is a full-time, on-campus, salaried position with benefits. If you're the reliable presence families count on and the operator who ensures smooth execution, we're ready to connect.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct family tours with strong conversion rates, craft personalized follow-up communications, and drive the admissions pipeline toward enrollment goals
  • Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, identify and resolve obstacles, and guide prospective families with confidence through the decision process
  • Implement safety protocols and emergency drills, document all incidents thoroughly, and ensure strict regulatory compliance
  • Manage daily operational needs, oversee facilities maintenance, coordinate vendor relationships, and function as the main technology point of contact
  • Organize and facilitate open houses and campus events that present Montessorium through a professional, inviting lens
  • Provide temporary supervision for K–6 students (ages 5–13) during brief staffing shortages—managing recess periods, transitions, and general classroom monitoring. This is support coverage, not teaching.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering lessons, tutoring, or providing any form of academic instruction
  • Creating curriculum or altering educational programs
  • Remaining desk-bound throughout your workday
  • Escalating every technical problem to others
  • Adhering to a strict 9–5 routine. Certain student activities and campus events occur outside standard business hours or on weekends

Key responsibilities

Support consistent enrollment growth and provide a secure, professional campus environment that builds family confidence and allows our educational guides to concentrate on student learning outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Interest in Montessori elementary education (previous exposure preferred but not required)
  • Demonstrated admissions or enrollment experience involving direct interaction with parents and students
  • Clear ownership mentality and ability to resolve challenges without constant direction
  • Outstanding communication abilities and elevated emotional intelligence
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
  • Able to work in-person at Cedar Park, TX or prepared to relocate
