IT Coordinator   $60,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role at our campus in Cedar Park, TX.

You won't be running a school—you'll be ensuring it runs and scales. If you can seamlessly transition from guiding a parent tour to coordinating a safety drill to resolving a tech issue without losing composure, this role is for you.

Serving as both the operational backbone and admissions gateway for Montessorium's Cedar Park, TX campus, you'll manage everything beyond the classroom and everything that brings families through the door. You'll conduct tours designed to convert, maintain thoughtful lead nurturing, and monitor the pipeline closely. You'll also sustain campus operations: day-to-day logistics, facility management, vendor relationships, technology support, and the safety standards that build parental confidence.

Montessorium operates as a Montessori elementary program (K-6) that blends tactile learning materials and lessons with advanced technology. We support that approach with defined systems, mutual trust, and team members who embrace accountability. This is a full-time, on-campus, salaried position with benefits. If you're the reliable presence families count on and the operator who keeps everything aligned, we'd like to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct family tours with a focus on conversion, tailor follow-up communications, and oversee the admissions funnel toward enrollment goals
  • Respond to inquiries within a 24-hour window, identify and address obstacles, and shepherd families confidently through to enrollment
  • Implement safety protocols and drills, record incidents accurately, and uphold strict compliance standards
  • Manage daily operations, facilities maintenance, vendor partnerships, and act as the main technology point of contact
  • Organize and facilitate open houses and campus events that present Montessorium with a professional, inviting atmosphere
  • Provide temporary supervision of K–6 students (ages 5–13) during brief staffing shortages—covering recess, transitions, and basic classroom monitoring. This is support coverage, not teaching.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering academic instruction, tutoring, or teaching students
  • Creating curriculum or altering educational programs
  • Remaining desk-bound throughout the day
  • Referring every technical problem to others
  • Working a fixed 9–5 schedule. Some campus activities and events take place evenings or weekends

Key responsibilities

Support consistent enrollment growth and provide a secure, professional campus environment that builds family confidence and allows our guides to concentrate on educational outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Interest in Montessori elementary education (prior experience preferred but not required)
  • Demonstrated admissions or enrollment background, including direct interaction with parents and students
  • Clear ownership mentality and ability to independently resolve challenges
  • Outstanding communication abilities and strong emotional intelligence
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
  • Ability to work in-person in Cedar Park, TX or readiness to relocate
